Bryan doesn’t have to answer the question because of the above statement that was on the PICPAY site.

If that statement is TRUE then Bryan’s credibility is in tact and all our money is safe in PICPAY and we can all look forward to a prosperous time ahead.

If it is NOT TRUE then Bryan’s credibility is non existent and I would find it very difficult to believe anything that he has said or says in the future.

I firmly believe that whatever money from members is in PICPAY is members money and should be as safe as having it in any bank account.
