Sorry for changing the subject, but it is still about "a Billy".

Hey guys just got an email from a friend and fellow pipster that was sent her from Billy M. He says he is sending out to BTI members first and then will send to other or all pipsters, can't remember which.

He says PIPS is over and only 2mill has been found in cash and assests and that Bryan is on house arrest and his violation of the house arrest is why lotto went down.

Is it kosher to copy and post that particular email here?

Let me know ASAP cause I would like to hear all of your responses.

BTW, I believe PIPS will return in some form or fashion. Just MHO.

I don't know if you're being serious but...exactly the same as you are saying has been said almost a year ago (word for word, halotto is added for some flavor). Hmm..You know what? I think we're on the right track when being possitive about pips returning.

Yes, I'm being very serious. Just received this email this morn. I will post part of it cause it is rather lengthy. It was signed by BillyM.

"I don’t want to try to get everything in one email as I believe it could possibly be too much information too fast. However I can tell you that I am excited about what I believe that the second half of this year and 2007 can bring. So excited that I have started to explore holding a BTI International Convention in the Fall of 2007 as I will want to give us a good year with the new energy and growth to make sure we have everyone feeling excited about a convention. More on that later.



Some members are hanging on to the past, which I understand and can’t blame many for. However we must also realize that inordinately hanging on to the past can keep us from moving forward. Most notably, because of how many of us were originally introduced to each other, some folks still constantly ask “What is with PIPS?” or “When is PIPS coming back? or even “Do you know when I will be able to do withdrawals from my PIPS account again?” I would love to see PIPS return but also need to be pragmatic and I can only report information I have and the conclusions and possible scenarios that I can draw from such information.



The most recent input I have had on PIPS has been that BN has not indicated that they are anywhere near a resolution on it. I received that information from a reliable contact who informs me that they got directly in contact with BN. This is also consistent with what another PIPS originated site reported to its members ( then promptly got some hate mail from some of their members) It has also been reported to me that BN indicated that all they have found in cash and real estate assets is a bit more than $2 Million. This same level had also been reported to me last fall so the recent report was consistent. I have heard a couple other stories but they were never made with any credible substantiation.



A couple variables that could impact residual assets would be the existence of any structures that could be holding further assets. Reports to me indicated that one of the problems was that the overall structure of the enterprise and its various divisions was not optimal. This would leave exposure for both the enterprise and for the funds of all lending members. With the way things were structured I have been lead to believe that it is very doubtful that any more than what has already been located will be found. Although structures were created in Malaysia, Panama, New Zealand, and Australia, the course of events seem to indicate that they had not yet been optimized for protection. IF there are assets legally protected offshore somewhere it is arguable that some level of the enterprise would still be operating unencumbered by one jurisdiction’s investigation. However, others will argue that if Bryan has “hidden” ( in itself not a positive word to use when discussing utilization of offshore structures ) assets in other offshore jurisdictions and/or structures, they would not expect that information to surface until after the BN investigation was complete. Last indication from Bryan was that the BN investigation impacted and collapsed ALL divisions. If there are assets protected offshore only time will tell if they surface again. My personal position is that although I would LOVE to see PIPS rise from the ashes in one way or another, I don’t expect it to. It would be important in my estimation that for any return of PIPS, it would need to occur with NO request for new funds for it to have any credibility as a true restructure of an enterprise that was solid and just fell victim to a misunderstanding that froze it until a resolution was reached.



When you go through a bit of a timeline of events, obstacles and problems though, all the indicators seem to be there supporting the very real possibility that there may be very little in cash and assets left that would be frozen now. As we have said, only time will tell and I would love to be pleasantly surprised but I am not counting on it. It is my opinion that although we all would like to see the “bottom line” at some point in the near future, we should all look at anything we had sitting in PIPS or PicPay as LOST and move forward accordingly.



I was also recently advised that the reason that HA Lotto did not get off the ground that that Bryan had essentially disappeared is that he had violated terms of his house arrest. Have I been able to confirm that? Nope.



Although I want to keep an eye out for anything that could develop positively that way, I can’t dwell on it and would again recommend that people not obsess or dwell on it, stop trying to lay blame and or rekindle conspiracy theories and spend inordinate time discussing it and hoping for it to reappear someday soon. I am told it could be another 6 months or more before anything official would be released."

BillyM is Bill Murphy, the Pips member who started the Pips USA Club for Pips members from the US, it is a froum for members who paid a membership dues to belong to the club and has been renamed BTI (Breakthroughs International) and the one time lifetime membership paid by the members of Pips USA was resended and you had to pay a monthly dues to remain a member who could read and post in the forum.

I remember BillyM as an enthousiasts at first and then resentfull when it all collapsed. You might take his word for truth. I don't. I see him as a man who crowned himself king of a gated community.

IB should not be trusted......In my opinion.
