Hello to all once again.

I must thank the many of you who have come forward and made donations to the BM/PIPS DEFENSE FUND
over the last couple of days.

This is much more of the pace we need and had hoped for! Please know, your funds will be used to the best advantage of PIPS
in their legal representation.

Here is a summary of the recent posts made by Bryan so you can see them all in one place. Some of his statements pertain to the
fundraiser we are now running.

It is bit disappointing however (not in this forum but others), to see poeple attacking Craig, Tom and others for their genuine offers of help through financial aid. I have made my donation, small one but anyway. I think this is small "sacrifice" compared to to the reward waiting for us in the case everything goes well. As we all certainly hope will happen. So why not to do it. We all have already invested in Pips who more and who less, so let`s try to unite our recources in this way. It is good to keep in mind that when helping Bryan we help in the last hand ourselves. We as members are Pips.

There is a certain feeling of helplessness in this situation, and frankly it felt GOOD to send some money in support of Bryan and Pips, just the feeling of doing something. We are all very far flung from each other, connected only by a little screen and a lot of big dreams. There is also unity in coming together behind Bryan and shining our light out against all who would harm and hinder.

Hello birdman,

Thank you for your efforts. It really is terribly needed.

The target at this stage is for as long as PIPS needs the legal representation.
Because of that, I can't give you a date or an amount. At this stage it remains indefinite.

Of course, if that changes, we will be announcing it far and wide.

Has BM hired a lawyer yet? How much is needed to get started with a lawyer?

Oh yes, PIPS has had legal representation since the before the beginning of the investigation. It obviously is a costly exercise.

My understanding is Malaysian Lawyers charge around 750RM / hour.

Its not small change in any currency.

And if nothing comes from the investigation, are BN liable for any of the costs involved that Bryan has had to pay for?
