I am not sure why the thread was closed, but it couldn't be bumped. So here it is in a new thread.

Hello to all once again.

I must thank the many of you who have come forward and made donations to the BM/PIPS DEFENSE FUND
over the last couple of days.

This is much more of the pace we need and had hoped for! Please know, your funds will be used to the best advantage of PIPS
in their legal representation.

Here is a summary of the recent posts made by Bryan so you can see them all in one place. Some of his statements pertain to the
fundraiser we are now running.

It is bit disappointing however (not in this forum but others), to see poeple attacking Craig, Tom and others for their genuine offers of help through financial aid. The Bm/pips Defense Fundraiser

I have made my donation, small one but anyway. I think this is small "sacrifice" compared to to the reward waiting for us in the case everything goes well. As we all certainly hope will happen. So why not to do it. We all have already invested in Pips who more and who less, so let`s try to unite our recources in this way. It is good to keep in mind that when helping Bryan we help in the last hand ourselves. We as members are Pips.

There is a certain feeling of helplessness in this situation, and frankly it felt GOOD to send some money in support of Bryan and Pips, just the feeling of doing something. We are all very far flung from each other, connected only by a little screen and a lot of big dreams. There is also unity in coming together behind Bryan and shining our light out against all who would harm and hinder.

Hello birdman,

Thank you for your efforts. It really is terribly needed.

The target at this stage is for as long as PIPS needs the legal representation.
Because of that, I can't give you a date or an amount. At this stage it remains indefinite.

Of course, if that changes, we will be announcing it far and wide.

Oh yes, PIPS has had legal representation since the before the beginning of the investigation. It obviously is a costly exercise.

My understanding is Malaysian Lawyers charge around 750RM / hour.

Its not small change in any currency.

The only case left open then is the pursuit by Bryan against those "culprits" that caused this "limbo" state of affairs which brought our accts to a frozen standstill and with the subpoenered cooperation from the courts on BNM..... yup, those beans that tipped BNM will be the next on the sued "clothes line".... perhaps we might get more ROL as extra bonuses from that angle....depending on just which American lawyer(s) that could be "taken on" and who are well known for success cases with leeching clean when claims are put forward.....!!!

SCRAPE THEM CLEAN....they may run but GET HOLD OF every single property they have till its all Ebayed as well....every darn cent those greedy trollers that thought they had the last laugh...will have their last cent felt.....rolling our way :beer:

Sorry if i missed it somewhere

But i was wondering if there was a page telling us how much had been donated.. etc and if it was being updated daily? So folks could feel secure that their funds were being added to the pot for BM etc etc

I have already donated and would like to know my funds are going to the right place and know in the grand scheme of things how the fund is going..

Again my apologies if i have missed this important info somewhereon the forum

Ebayed...roflm*o....excellant idea although I much more prefer the direct method approach with a base ball bat...of course there is alway the Portugal trip which will still need to be made...
