Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

This is a new forum thread that will allow all of the ex-Pipster who still feel that they should be given the right and chance to claim their missing monies that somehow "disappeared" after the apprehension of Bryan Marsden in Malaysia. He has since been tried and sentence for Fraud and is now a free man somewhere out there since his release in early 2010.

A claim was set in place resulting from 4 over years of trial coverage which Batty, our Moderator, assigned to monitor the entire sessions held at the Malaysian Courts. The claims were finally recognized and approved but only 18 Claimants were successful for the determination and perseverance they held on in seeing through the entire duration since 2006.

But for those who somehow were not fortunate to stay in the course, were left out albeit by circumstances beyond their control or by other factors that just were not in their favor.
It is now proven, if the Law is Right about Justice, there is HOPE and that light at the end of the tunnel is still waiting and the opportunity is again made available.

Only this time, YOU have to make that move, positively and seriously to make sure you claim back your monies that belong to you.

Not within or from Malaysia, that country is a closed chapter and the Malaysian Authorities made sure of that through their Legal system and Judicial Courts of theirs.

We shall revive it again but it will be a long road this time as we first need to ascertain, just where and how YOUR money is located and with whom & which institution exactly.

I open and allow this opportunity for YOU ALL to venture with all the means you can muster and return back in here to share with the membership. The more input we have, the more members show they are coming together on this, the more cooperation & participation is shown, the better & stronger this effort will get your dream & goal materialized and the larger the sign ups get listed, the lower in costs & funds with each individual support in staying low.

This is NOT going to be a free ride for we have now experienced with the Malaysian coverage, it would not have worked well if we heeded the many calls for tracking the court appearances with little or no money gathered. It just is NOT feasible but you all know that by now, you missed the boat because you failed to knowingly support the funding adequately or not at all by most of you.

Well, this is your chance and don't let it slip past again.

if you are seriously determined to have your claim be submitted and someday become legally approved by a presiding court.

You may start posting in here and no where else nor create new threads to divert this focus. A word of caution, if you or we find any postings made by "undesirable" ex-Pips members returning with troll-like messages, PM me asap for them to be permanently removed!!!

As i didnt make a post in time to be number 2 on this thread :) i decided to edit YogiBrood's post under the above stippled line.

What are you wanting us to do to cooperate with this process. i am happy to help, just not sure what it is. thanks for sticking with it.

Edit: At this moment, given the fact for many disappointed ex-Pipsters returning and feeling they were somehow left out, not by their own doing or unknowingly missed the opportunity, this is an attempt to review what can be achieved so that the next opportunity gives rise to others to accomplish a claim and see a payout eventually.

Firstly, what have you in mind, which includes past methods that were adopted and whether you have an improved version to suggest, whatever.

All views and workable suggestions are welcome.

i know it's not a lot, but i'd love to get my money back. i'll be keeping an eye out on this.

Edit: It is in such cases like yours that we saw fading out in the other Claim Recovery from Malaysia due to being almost broke and unable to sustain the process & expected funding which lasted almost 4,5 years!!

With this new attempt, I would like and hope to see that MORE come over to be able to reduce every individuals funding as low or lesser as possible so YOU too will eventually have a fair chance in having your Claim because the larger than most funds from much higher Claimants made it possible for you to stay on... that is my sincere hope. - YB.

I too am confused about what I need to do

Edit: Just consider first & foremost, you have your "proof" of the monies that went to BM. If you don't, because you probably trusted them to stay archived with your bank, thats a place to start contacting and remember, some banks charge every single copy to be printed out.
But if they don't, all the better.
Also, have you covered many HYIP forums so far to see if you can detect Bryan's presence with his new schemes? If you did, list the sites so others don't waste their time going or covering the same grounds twice but move on further...
Other ways are also, what have you done or researched with friends or acquintances that might have Prof. legal opinions that can input on how to approach with a search and detain approach can be extremely helpful to also encourage others with similar background to come forward with a plausible alternative and/or option.
All inputs are welcome to disciuss on....
Theres plenty to do actually,
I will have the List created soon to add names to it and how we are going to sustain a serious list for that.

Edit: Let us know what you are able to do, are you good at browsing and monitoring HYIP sites without the need to be active and share your thought and findings and perhaps good tips too if you have coming due to this new outlook. Plenty to contribute and make this new attempt another successful Claim someday. - YB.

I'm not going to implement immediately after this post what was once already proven and shown effective for securing a serious list of would-be Claimants as we had done with the Malaysian Trial Coverage. But it will be soon subject to the response shown.

I'd rather give ourselves sometime for some good exchange of postings and views aired in here to shape up an effective and helpful structure so all involved will feel comfortable too in feeling considered and having a great chance at seeing their money returned someday.

Hi Yogi, and thanks for opening the door for another opportunity for some many ex-pipsters like myself who missed the first go round. Please let us know how we can help in retrieving our lost funds. I don't have much but I'm willing give what I can. Again, thanks for the opportunity.

I, too have no idea what is wanted or expected to proceed. Looking forward to more information.

Edit: Whatever that's bothering you and you want it seen clarified or suggest an idea or approach or share your thoughts... just by being interactive returns and posting will help YOU alot more eventually. What I noticed about before, and that's where the weakness lies and a shame for it to occur is the lack of commitment with returning and sharing a dialog frequently with fellow members on this forum. By staying muted and just reading is not giving energy nor life to any attempt launched. I hope you can make that difference for you will help yourself in the end and that's my valuable tip for you and anybody reading this reply. -YB.

Thank you to everyone who has helped to get to this point. I do not have a lot invested, but it means a lot to me. I will co-operate in any way I can. :)

I know it sounds easy for my part to suggest but it can be alot more harder for many of you, we now see with many willing to try & claim in whatever way you/they can but have no idea where or how to go about it.... I can relate this feeling too.

You don't really need to think or be overly concerned with what needs to be done to help out... but one thing is for sure, you need to prepare yourselves to be serious about it and again, get your proof well stacked and organized safely to be set aside & ready for it.

Get your figures all lined up like the way you see your bank account status sheet and that they tally as well and if there are any discrepancies showing, correct it!!!

Also, be prepared to have your docs replicated for some may lose while sending/dispatching the originals out albeit to the Lawyers or even to a nearby Notary Office which may be 200 miles away from where you live... just an example to hint on at what we experienced too, back then with the process. - YB.
