I have to wonder if the past work of that great legal mind you had employed is taking any responsibility for these problems and I also find it a little past coincidence that after he recommended closing the 5YP and DBR and the others and all the money is in one place in PIPS and the BofN that the the account has been sequestered...am I too paranoid??? When it comes to money, lawyers are no more trustworthy or moral or less greedy than anyone else might be... probably even less so. There is seldom coincidence in our lives but rather a a time when conditions are right!

What would the Bank say to your proposing the use of the account in the BofN to return the stopped funds to the members from accounts such as DBR and so on? How could they refuse such a reasonable and honest offer and course of action? How would it influence the probable outcome?

Just like to say that the support of the members here is overwhelming, thank you all so much for your kind words and prayers.

It is bit disappointing however (not in this forum but others), to see poeple attacking Craig, Tom and others for their genuine offers of help through financial aid.
