IMHO IF Bryan and Sharon see daylight again I would be amazed, I wish the best for them though, but "They're history", and as for the frozen money I'm sure it won't end up in our pockets, remember it's illegal monies. nuff said

Well, here in the US, all that frozen money in the bank would be used up in paying for the legal fees. And please explain that we won't get any back because it was illegal money??? I didn't think I had done anything illegal?? Now if Bryan did...HE's got a problem, but that doesn't negate, does it, the fact that people who innocently invested their money should get theirs paid back if it's possible? Or were WE doing something illegal? My daughter and I are out quite a few thousand on this...and it's not a sort of thing I will ever do again on line. I am glad to be making money selling wedding dresses on line now. IT's a product with a payment...and no risks involved. Not any get rich quick scheme, but that's not what I was trying to do in PIPS...jsut trying to gain back what I lost in my retirement savings when the markets dropped so I could retire before being a nurse broke my back. Nothing worked....Now I am disabled and with very little in the bank, but GOD provides and my heart is calm. No more on line investments for me. I drop in only to see what's happening with this trial and I will help as I can with the travel expenses, so we can all see it through to the end. JoAnne

Way to go Joanne. Selling a product is the real deal. I hope you get your PIPS money back, but honestly, there is little or no chance.
Best of luck to you for a successful future.

There are all sorts of rumours concerning the data bases.
1) The data base was stolen by disgruntled staff prior to pips being shut down. There were "for sale" offers on one forum or another ages ago.
2) Bryan and Sharon made copies of the data bases for safe keeping prior to the BNM raid. In which case they are in somebodies hands for "safe keeping".
3) The database found by BNM had been deliberately sabotaged by PIPS Admin or persons unknown.
Take your pick.Could be one, two, three, or all of them. Lol

Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, and let go of what you can't change. Kiss slowly, play hard, forgive quickly, take chances, give everything, never go to sleep angry and have no regrets. Life is too short to be anything but happy.

I read that many say it was illegal money. I beg to defer, it was NOT illegal money. It was our hard earned money. But the way the money was invested, and the way Bm made the program work was illegal. This is the reason we might never see a dime of our money back.
