IMHO this is just another round of false hopes starting again. I for one, am sure not getting excited about it this time. Daydreaming is over for me.

In plain English all this amounts to squat. Whoever started these rumours must want their head examined.

The dream is over, whatever the outcome of the trial. Members outstanding withdrawals,PicPay balances and AF's could never be repaid in a lifetime.

Wait until the MAY trial finishes, that should be the final epitaph of pips.

Well dreams are free and it never hurts to dream I guess. ;)

So I'm not very familiar with a lot of legal stuff, so what happens to all "their" frozen assets when the trial is over win or lose? I don't imagine that anyone is going to be picking through the database and giving everyone a percentage of what they were owed or anything so who reaps the benefit of all the assets sitting there?

From what I understood goldenWomb was a flop, but brian escaped from the UK where he had been running it, and I believe he cannot go back there unless he wants to face trial there as well. I dont know where the assets were being held at that time, but yes, I heard years ago that members did get their money back on behalf of us poor dreamers who invested in PIPS. I dont think that Brian will ever get a 3rd round going, and I dont want my money back if it means he will fool other people to pay me. I want the money I invested back, but I am in the hope that Bank Negara has our details and if we evetually contact them we might get something back. After the trials. If Brian and Sharon gets to go free from this scam, they will be monitored by every government and will never be able to start another "business". Then yes, you can say goodbye to your money.

I did get my money back and more until the program started to stall so I'm grateful for that much at least. Alot of us that were in on it early on did receive large checks. It is some people's opinion that Bryan wasn't the culprit and that he had sneaky and dishonest people working for him but that he and Sharon were left holding the bag. I don't know if that's true or not. I do agree it would be nice if someone could take care of the database of names and accounts in some way if it's still accessible.

I noticed and pondered and discussed and exchanged our thoughts about this likelihood and still staying adamant about it... a revival is something I don't see it happening and with all frankness, even if it ever got scratched to see some daylight in skimming the surface at first light... I won't go anywhere close to it however tempting it appears to promise with payouts... not after what we all went through... it'll be a contradiction of one's solemn decision to conclude and close the chapter as a lesson learnt and regarding it as a LOST-4-Ever bungled bag of cash... period.

For those who still likes the feel of being tagged yet again ... just for the adventure & excitement, and what's WRONG with that???, Nothing! but all the best to your perpetual dreamland woes hovering you....

This should be a Once Bitten, Twice Shy experience... an expensive one for thousands and deadly for several too... Live up, live on... and leave it while you ALREADY can.

I guess my question would be something on the lines of this.
I have given up getting my money back, at least with all the ROI. Daydreaming is nice but please. I am wondering if the investors. After all is said and done, might get their initial principle back. Or at least a percentage of it back. At least a percent of whatever is left in the kitty. Of course much of this depends on the outcome of the trial.

Do I understand you to say that you don't support the members getting their money back? why not?

But on the other hand i do support anything that returne's the members money back, but that being said, who is going to return the 3billion dollars?

Still interesting this idea about pipsinc re-brith for the 3rd time where old
investors of pips get to keep their funds and move on with a ROUND 3. LOL..

But isent it to early in the day to be celebrating, even if thoughts of ROUND 3 happening, brings out a bright SMILE on the faces of many i suppose. So i will reserve my real meaning about this, and let the members here discuss this matter. (But dont get me wrong. If it does indeed happen that a pipsinc re-birth happens, then you will for sure see me there :-) ).

But the real people to ask this question would be those that were in the pipsinc administration. Is there anyone of the readers here that was in pipsinc administration, and has such plans?

My view perceiving Admin's stance is, whether he likes the idea or agrees to the suggestion or sees no outcome at all or is willing to be shoulder to boulder in pushing this excitement through... is not the essence here. He is after all, not obliged nor could be intimidated by any cunning invitation to involve him in any way in pursuit of some or more people, thinking this is feasible and worthy to undertake.

When this Forum was created, it still stands clear on being not involved with the mechanics and operations of PI Inc and that of the Marsdens wishes and actions. Thank goodness for that or he would also be implicated.

What he airs here and so have you, is free from anyone's allegation or assertions, linked to the revival of the proposed considerations flown out by one or more persons' wishful thinking or plans, in the hope of gaining support which is NOT a damn crazy thought, but sure seams dreamy still....
