Thread: Fund To Help Bryan????

Hi again, Just my thoughts here, it would seem to me that all current PIPS members should have a fund started to help each and everyone. In other words were is the money. The more I think about this whole issue the more it seems to smell rotten. It certainly seems to me that Bryan, would try harder to communicate with the membership directly then thru second partys. PIPS members are LOYAL to Bryan and express that on a daily basis. Communications should flow in both directions not thru so call reliable sources.

Understand I'm not knocking ANYONE, the longer this issue drags on the more I wonder. What is really happen? First we hear PICPAY is being invesigate then its PICPAY and PIPS there is a disconnect here. How can PIPS be invesigated when it is registered in Panama, major jurdiscation problem here.

Oh well, I will continue to ponder on this issue and Hope and Pray that everyone will be treated fairly. I would like to at least get my funds out of the now defunct PICPAY.

Tom (Topwinners) would not have asked for funds if it was not necessary. Craig Gardiner is a personal friend and is an accountant. He is coordinating the effort and he also knows that funds are needed badly.

I would do but unfortunately I paid in £20k before the sites went down, don't really want to part with any more hard earnt cash until I know where its really going

I believe that PIPs didn't have all the fund in Malasia

what about Panama ?

I don't wan't to be pessimist but I think before to jump to any conclusion we should open our eyes.

You will get answers when Bryan does. I have said it several times before and I obviously need to say it again....

The investigation is continuing, until it is over, there is nothing to tell.

The status quo remains the same. It is in the hands of BNM - no one else.

BNM are not obligated to communicate with members at all. We may never hear from them.

When the bank decides, then and only then, are we likely to hear anything official.

Oh and just another point, has it ocurred to anyone that Bryan has been well advised by his lawyers that he should not make any kind of public announcement?

Agreed, and BN finally posted on their web site, so now it is official, PIPS is under investigation. (g)

but Pips is not involved in a trial, which means it would not currently need legal funds. I think members deserve to know why the legal fund is being set up when in fact there is no need to for it at the current time. Also, how are the funds going to get to bryan and who are the people collecting the funds. Just some questions that have gone unanswered that i think should be answered before anyone donates money to a cause that they know nothing about.

Just my opinion

Default The Bm/pips Defence Fundraiser!!
Hello everyone.

This is Tom Broadbridge most of you know me as the producer of The Animated Kids Bible.

Marek was approached for approval to post this on the ROLClub forum and because he had questions about it we had a long conversation about it and the bottom line is that ROLClub will now give its full support to this action, so here goes!!

Once again, we are asking for the aid of PIPSTERS.

It is a harsh reality that since the freezing of all PIPS assets and bank accounts, Bryan is running out of funds
very quickly to continue his legal battle with BNM.

A group of members, including those involved in the Petition Drive, are co-ordinating and actioning this fundraiser.

THIS COLLECTION HAS BEEN NAMED... THE BM/PIPS DEFENSE FUNDRAISER.

No donation is too large or too small.

This fundraiser will continue indefinitely, or until we announce otherwise.

I sincerely urge you all to give what you can. I am sure you can all understand how important this situation is.

Cant they ask the bank to release some of the funds needed to finance this legal costs?

Nope, they can't I'm afraid and I'm surprised you raised that "numb" thought/suggestion....surely, you could think better than that?

Its like asking your bank manager to unfreeze your depleted account that has a gross negative and overdrawn debit statement to release some funds in lieu to pay off in advance, some other subscription(s) still ongoing by promising that you will soon clear the debit amount someday soon... it doesn't work that way unfortunately... thought you might know this, but then, that isn't the case as your question/suggestion appears to indicate.
