It could be. But, right now, a number of people are getting very confused. This situation is extremely challenging to them in terms of their beliefs and their faith. It seems best to me that those without faith, remove themselves from the situation. Perhaps that is why the petition is not being sent -- there are doubts. In order for PIPS to survive, we need people that believe, without a doubt.
