if you get username/password not found, try reset.

I think pin reset is only for those who have already logged into the new site and have forgotten or misplaced their pin they require to get in,,,,,,,, so it depends on what your individual situation is as to weather you reset or wait.........

I was able to log in to the new site since it's upgrade. However, yesterday I ran into difficulty.
I kept redialing the help line and finally got through. It took about 1 hour of trying but I finally got through.
The support was courteous and helpful. She reset my Pin number and all was resolved. Now I'm able to log in again.
Just keep trying. Remember they are about 12-13 hours ahead of us.

As long as you have setup your secret question and answer the reset system will work for both the PIN and PASSWORD. If you have never managed to get into the new site to do the question and answer then you will have to contact support somehow to get a new pin.

I sent a ticket and tried for several hours to phone to no avail.
A kind person in this forum then suggested to reset the PIN.
I did this and was immediately given a new PIN and I was able to access my account within minutes. :lol:
If you get the username/password not found I would definitely try the new pin option.
The only concern was the ticket. When I checked it this morning I found it was not mine but someone elses :roll:
The ticket system has some bugs. I've emailed the support and informed about the errors. I hope they'll be fixed soon.Quote:
