But I finally decided to do it. I want PIPS to last. I don't want cruel, selfish people to destroy this great company and the financial dreams of so many people. I decided the pros outweigh the cons of the petition.
So I just signed it...with my real name, of course.

Well,
I do remember that every time that the staff sent a new batch of WD requests to each new bank that was brought on line with P*PS, that a few people would get their WDs but then the lid would slam down pronto. The banks have the requests and the money for member WDs frozen in the account they would have come from. Thats truely where the member's wds are, with their funds. None of those banks honored their promises to fulfill the many requests for wires. It was a lot easier to claim money laundering than to fulfill so many orders, plus they weren't going to make any money on that account if it went out too quickly.
This sounds hokey sure, but banks are money misers, and some bank officials are corrupt. They would hold that account for a while before putting the actual legal freeze on it, so that they could earn some 'active interest' on it, like investments. Not all the banks with freezes are in Malaysia. There were a few others that did this too.
Bryan said this when he was in delicate negotiations with banks and payment platforms and calling them interrupted this process and made it difficult taking time up by bank people to answer these stupid calls. Obviously things are drastically different in that the negative people have complained to BON and started this ball rolling .. now it is a one-sided shout from them and the bank has no input from the "other side". I think the private petition that Support4Pips is doing is the correct way to go and from what I understand from a close pioneer pips friend who is also collecting them, Bryan requested both of them to do it this way and provided the 4 different petition versions they are using to be sent to the bank. So I will be sending mine to join in with my friend's efforts through their pipeline.Quote:
Well.....I still think Bryan knows better than anybody here what is best to do, and he told us over and over again: DO NOT CONTACT THIRD PARTY!
Not to sound stupid but can this petition come back to haunt us in the U.S.A. as far as government intervention?
OH, by the way, I signed Suzanne's petition. How's that going?
I believe petition does not do anyone any harm. It only helps pips, nothing else.

Some of you might hate me for saying this, but those of you who actually know me will understand that I say this while wanting PIPS to work out for us all and for Bryan personally to have a victory here.
1) If Bryan wants to ask me to do something, he knows how to get in touch with me.
2) A PIPS public relations guy? - A little late for that I'd say. And I never heard of him.
3) A petition will not make any difference in this investigation. This investigation (indeed all of them at this level) is concerned with money - how it was made, who has it, where it went, where it is supposed to go, is there fraud or money laundering involved, does this operation violate any laws in the country where it is registered to do business. The C+D orders in the USA will have more of an impact than a petition from positive members. If the bank wanted a survey, they would email all of the members. Have you been emailed? - Me neither.
4) I know it is frustrating to wait, but it has been over 9 months since the majority of us have been paid any of our WD. All the bad things that might have happened if you didn't get your WD have happened by now, most likely. Whatever damage would happen if PIPS collapsed has already happened. So, what is the harm in waiting a bit longer to see what unfolds?
Ok, I just had to get that out. The petition is totally futile, but if it makes you feel better, I guess there is no harm in signing it.
Warm Regards,
Eric
Eric,
