I urgently need to communicate with Bryan or Sharon. It is concerning the letter from the Central Bank of Malaysia which a relative of mine received (I introduced him to Pips).

I need an urgent response, please, the appointment with Bank Negara Malaysia (the correct acronym being BNM) is on September 26, 2005.

If anyone can help with this, kindly PM me. I tried the admin of ROLclub but I guess he's too busy to reply to PMs.

    Best regards.
His cell phone number is listed over at TG. Along with Sharon's and some of the other staff. I would try his cell phone. Some people have been getting text messages from him.

You can still send a letter to BM at BNM... the adress is lying somewhere around here.
Does Bryan have an office at BNM?

A letter is not a summons -- as I stated if this is a summons then there are other alternatives -- since so far it only stated that this was a letter - the best thing to do is not to get involved -- My country also follows British laws and I am very familiar with these type of procedings.

Unless you do not have an alternative you are best removed from testifying in these type of investigation -- they can get you to agree to things you do not believe -- I have seen it done so many times.

This is Malaysia and as far as I know you have to attend to these summons. Your best off to speak the truth without telling them to hurry up etc. Just answer questions without being negative seems the best to me.

Always easy to tell someone else what to say or do ...... we don't have to sit there ....

Very True, Robert! Don't let the Bank Scare you into Responding! Nelsonlee said that if you are not 100% sure of yourself, then Don't Talk to them!

    Thanks Robert, I stand corrected!
