Several members has contacted Rolclub regarding their pips account after our last update, and would like to know more.. Well there is nothing more i can tell you at this time, as you will have to follow the trial news..

Others have asked us, if we can hire a lawyer on behalf of pips members and represent the pips members that invested in pips from outside of Malaysia.. Frankly, i
wouldn't have a clue to, even where to start if something like that was to be done, or if it's even worth trying.. I would need the members input on how you think this could be done at first. And perhaps if there is enough interest, we would consider hiring a lawyer to represent all members that show interest.

For this you can go to this link as this is a different discussion:

Great job, Thebat$! You have really been working hard to inform us "old" pipsters. I think you are right about them. But I am not sure that all the crying was a game... I don't know how I would have reacted in that situation after 1,5 years in prison - IF I was clean. But we never know! Hope to hear from someone how it goes!

As always a BIG THANK YOU to the members that has supported our Fact finding fund for pips trial(here you can find a list of these members: http://www.rolclub.com/pips-program-...ing-b-c-d.html) . Without your help, and without thebat$ effort to get updates for the 20.000 pipsinc members we have out of 30.200 total Rolclub members, would be impossible!.. Also a big credit goes to YOGIBROOD for managing the whole pips fund and constantly updating the members list over the peopel that has supported the fact finding fund to keep all the supporters transparent for the membership.

We sure hope that you all treat this news section as a newspaper that comes once a while and is worth a 2usd investment so we can keep all of our members updated to this trial is over.

    Thank you...

What infuriates anyone is upon learning that all the time spent to prepare both mentally and physically to the planned dates, gets spun yet again by a sheer mockery of the system...and who do you think that might be???

The very Counsel defending the Marsdens but this is by no account another staged deployment of deliberate tactics here....there is more than meets the eye here...for it can best be argued (speculate if you will) that the chances of a hearing played out (supposedly if it was allowed to happened) during this week, with many incriminating facts unveiled and pointing the guilty party in the bench to be responsible, it would be a conclusion drawn out a little premature to face double jeopardy when the next follow up trial is held yet against them from the Bank's prosecution team.

There won't be any case worthy to defend by then for the current lawyer hired...he will have no extended case as far as the Marsdens go to uphold their innocence... in May 2008. So try figure this potential scenario here... The lawyer for his skills and part is dragging it himself...no question about it...but won't you think a lousy lawyer would have come out with such a clever thought strategy???

It surely is far from over... and unfortunately as it may appear...both have to endure another uncertain period of confinement.

This is a good news, bad news type of announcement. The bad news is the trial is delayed yet again. The good news is this gives all of us more time to donate to cover the costs of thebat$ trips and inconvenience of having to cancel hotel and travel arrangements, reschedule travel at the last moment, and the disruption of his family life. I hope the members between now and next March can contribute to helping defray all these unexpected costs. If you don't know, sometimes a hotel can charge you even if you check out early due to a change in plans. Then you have to throw in the charge of cancelling one plane ticket and getting a new one, but then having to find a flight to return without incurring another night's lodging. A traveler's nightmare, and always difficult to do at the last moment. Let's continue to support thebat$ costs for the next trip in March. Surely we can find $2 between now and then to send to help defray the costs. Hats off to thebat$ for his willingness to do this for us, his detailed reports, and all of you who have made this possible.

    Cool Trial

I have always read the posts with news of the Marsdens as well as what is going on with them and the investments. I still pray that all will be cleared and we can have the final justice we all deserve. The right road is often the hardet to travel. Happy Holidays to all.
