How is BM and PIPS, my friends.
Here is the short version. PIPS was shut down 2 years ago, BM and Sharon have been in jail for a year. The first trial starts the 26th of this month, and they face over 100 charges combined. They have a second trial scheduled for May 08 with a combined 6 charges to date.

I gave up on my pips money ($11.750.00) two years ago, and find it interesting how much pips talk still go'es on here. Do alot of former pips members think they might see there money again by following this trial?, or do they just what to see justice or both maybe?.Quote:

It is nearly there but certainly, not in months even though, it has dragged on for almost 1,5 years now and the trial is just about to get serious...so who knows just when "closure" actually will be... Can you make a good but non speculative guess?

Even worse, apart fom the current trial resuming soon,there is another NEW trial starting in April 2008 ! :eek: As Yogi said,this could go on for a very long time indeed.
Most people have accepted their money is gone.Some hope pips will be back.Others want to see justice.There are those who just want the truth of the situation. :cheers:
I believe one should "write-off" what they
have in PIPS, and IF...If they really comes
back, it will be a great bonus and surprise
for them.
For my case, I have written off my seed money
and get on with daily life.
It is absolutely no point in still pinning hope
on surprise to appear.

I will be closing this thread and a string of others as well that are rather repetitive and only leads to confusion and disarray for returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Mardsens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention
