It's my understanding that VAT is US based. Had Bryan signed that contract Uncle Sam would have closed PIPS in a HEARTBEAT!


Who was in charge of the so called script to process withdrawls faster? (GN)

Who was in charge of the debit card system? (GN)

GN and a few others intentionally did this and MUCH more to make PIPS look bad.
