    > Post subject: PIPS Year in Review...>>-------------------------------------------------------------------------->> If I were an outsider who knew nothing about PIPS and my only context for forming an opinion was based on what I read on this forum, I would probably draw the conclusion that PIPS was a mediocre company at best. Sure there are a few satisfied people and some noble charitable initiatives, but for the most part there seems to be more people wondering where their money is, trying to exchange their Picpay and giving suggestions on how they'd run things if they were in charge.>> Does this paint an accurate picture of PIPS Inc? In my opinion, No.>> I have mentioned this before but it's probably worth repeating..."business" doesn't happen in minutes, hours and days, it happens in weeks, months and years. Therefore progress can only truly be measured over time. With a medium like our "forum" we can sit 24/7 waiting for news or updates, and even though PIPS is growing at warp speed compared to most start-up companies, our patience wares thin because the results are not happening fast enough for us. We all know what they say about a watched pot...>> As helpful as the forum is to share information or connect with others from around the world, it can drastically distort your perspective if you're not careful. It's not fair to measure the success and progress of PIPS Inc on a day to day basis.that's not how the business world operates so to use that as our "scale" to assess PIPS will only lead to disappointment and frustration.>> Sometimes the best way to tell how far you've really come, is to simply look backwards; and given PIPS' recent anniversary it's probably a great time to do just that.>> Last February the Golden Womb/ Pure Investor joint venture came to an end...although the structure made sense and would have worked, it failed because it was dependent on a source that really wasn't dependable...its members. Some decided not to honor their payment commitments, which ultimately spelled the beginning of the end of the "clone" system. After a few weeks of brainstorming and some fabulous input from a member named Luc, PIPS was born.>> Each account in the clone system was transferred to a fully paid up PIPS position...even though our funds were technically "lost" in the clone program, Bryan bit the bullet yet again and made sure that all of us were looked after. The ITS staff worked feverishly ( what else is new ) to develop the new PIPS website and transfer our accounts and if memory serves me, I believe they completed this task in just over a week. Through this entire transition, the 2% account continued to pay each day.>> Once the structure was established, things really started to roll. and although this isn't evident in the prevailing mentality on our forum, what PIPS has accomplished in only 1 year is nothing short of remarkable!>> PIPS held their first convention, which turned out to be a very successful event.>> Picpay was launched which provided PIPS with its own payment processor as well as a very lucrative revenue stream ( which will continue to grow perpetually )>> PIPS Inc completed its registration in Panama>> We saw the launch of the 5 Year Trust Plan>> Debit cards were brought on as a withdrawal option>> PIPS opened a multi-million dollar data center>> We were introduced to PIPS Premier, which in my opinion will be at or near the top of the class in terms of profitability for PIPS' ventures.>> Bryan announced the formation of the Isabellamina Foundation in partnership with the World Council of People a UN NGO. They have already begun fulfilling their charitable mandate within the Philippines which has garnered attention and praise from local media and politicians.>> We saw the opening of PIPS Bistro, PIPS Fashion and most recently, PIPS Coffee House.>> And amidst all of this progress, Bryan and Sharon still made the time to travel around the world to meet PIPS members face to face.>> That's quite a list for a 12 month period!!>> Each time a new project is launched it adds to PIPS' strength. Some people have come into this forum to raise doubts about our viability saying that, "PIPS can't sustain their payouts from revenues generated by a Bistro and a coffee shop"... and they're right.>> What those people fail to realize is that PIPS is not DEPENDENT on the bistro to pay us.in fact the 2% account existed long before any of these newer projects were even announced. These projects are a compliment to PIPS' current revenue stream, and will contribute more to the "pot" at some point in the future.>> We're fortunate enough to have a CEO with vision. PIPS has some very well established businesses that are providing a very solid revenue stream, so Bryan can afford to diversify into projects with great long-term potential that aren't required to be instantly profitable. These are calculated risks, and believe me our boss knows what he's doing.>> With all that said, it's not practical to expect PIPS ( or any other business ) to operate without setbacks especially within its first year of operations. Problems will spring up.that's the nature of the beast, but how we choose to react to these setbacks is what's really telling. What's unique about our situation is that we have a membership with tendencies to scrutinize every decision from the context of how it affects us as individuals.>> Bryan is making decisions based on the better good of the company.he's doing what's best for PIPS Inc as a whole whereas most of us just want to see changes implemented that will suit our best interests. Case in point. How many times does the "withdrawal question" need to be answered??>> Believe me, I want it fixed as bad as the next guy, but until that day when PIPS buys its own bank, they are still reliant on third parties for processing. "Third party" means that someone else is responsible for ultimately getting the money from PIPS bank account to your bank account.>> If this was a "cash-flow" problem, then we'd be in trouble and everyone would have cause to panic, but it's not; it's a distribution problem which we have been told time and time again is in the process of being fixed, hopefully by the time the convention rolls around. Do you think that Bryan and Gary are sitting in their offices having a good chuckle about this problem.no. Read any of Gary or Billy's updates and you will see that they're doing everything in their power to fix this problem, but the solution requires TIME to actually implement.>> It doesn't seem to matter how many times this information is posted, there are still those who complain about the "lack of communication" or being "kept in the dark".>> Just because you're not hearing the answers you want, doesn't mean that answers aren't being given.>> As far as I'm concerned PIPS' communication with its members has been more than adequate. In fact they have gone above and beyond what is necessary in addressing the withdrawal issue by answering the same question numerous times.>> Any people who cannot recognize this need to be honest and admit what their "issue" really is...they're afraid. Afraid that PIPS has run out of money, afraid that maybe the "trolls" were right, afraid that maybe this was too good to be true.>> Any finance "expert" will tell you that when it comes to money most people are motivated by 2 factors.greed and fear. If you can't keep these 2 things in check, not only will you drive yourself nuts, but these emotions will override your better judgment. It's kind of interesting ( albeit in a negative way ) but some in our forum have become the personification of this theory.>> If the fact that your withdrawal is delayed is scaring you, then chances are you committed the "cardinal sin" and risked more than you could afford to lose ( greed ). Now fear is taking over and you start playing the "what if" game.you begin talking about the worst case scenario partially as a defense mechanism and partially because you desperately want someone to convince you that it's not true ( "we need to hear from Bryan" etc. etc. ) PIPS can explain the problem till their blue in the face ( which they have ), but it doesn't help because you're really not looking for "answers" you're looking for re-assurance.>> Unfortunately for those people, our CEO has much more important things to do with his time than to pacify members.>> This may sound harsh but Bryan doesn't care about "you" as much as he cares about "us". While some are throwing themselves a pity party because their withdrawals are delayed ( money which shouldn't be relied on for day to day living btw ), he's out working to increase our stability and take us to the next level of profitability.>>> I love soccer and have been fortunate enough to coach a team for the last 9 years. Every now and then I have "vocal" parents show up to watch the game. I'm sure you know the type.complaining that their kid doesn't get enough playing time, or that they should be playing forward instead of defense etc.basically they're trying to tell me how to run my team. There is nothing more annoying to me than a person with selfish intentions trying to "advise" me from a position of ignorance.>> They know nothing about the dynamics of my team, or the skills of my other players which means they're not qualified nor are they welcome to tell me how to run things. They probably believe that they are helping out but in fact they're only thinking of what's good for their child. As the coach my concern is for the team as a whole and no one individual is more important than the unit.>> Too often we become like those parents on the sidelines.telling Bryan how to act so that our needs are met instead of letting the person who has brought us this far continue to steer the ship. Bryan and his team are the only ones qualified to make decisions on the direction of this company because they're the ones with the information. Any input given from the "sidelines" really is coming from a position of ignorance and if we're being honest these "suggestions" are in fact driven by self-serving motives ( "the company's attention should be focused on getting ME MY money" ).>> For the most part we are not cognizant of the details of this operation, so with that in mind what right do we have to tell Bryan what his priorities should and shouldn't be?>> Is it not a tad presumptuous to suggest that he hold off on all other ventures until the withdrawal situation is fixed?>> Should he bypass opportunities to further strengthen this company because you don't have your withdrawal yet?>> Who is in the position to know what's best for this company, you or Bryan?>> You need to step back and allow the person who conceived this program, expanded this program, and put his heart and soul into this program, run this program the way he sees fit. Believe me he has our best interests at heart.>> Maybe you won't be able to truly appreciate what he has accomplished without the benefit of retrospect. Maybe once the withdrawal situation is solved ( which it WILL be ) you will look back and be thankful that Bryan didn't stop the wheels of progress ( as some have suggested he do ) during our current "crisis". But in the meantime, for your own sanity and for the general spirit of our community, stop the redundant questions and irrational requests. Let Bryan do his job, he's done incredible things in a short time and it's just the tip of the iceberg.>> Don't spend every waking minute in this forum.go out and enjoy your life, and before you know it things will be back to "normal". ( until our next perceived "crisis" when this pattern will repeat itself lol )>> OK that was very therapeutic.please give this some consideration and I look forward to meeting many of you in Hawaii!>> Cheers

Thanks Flocky for sharing that trail back into history and it did browse back some very vivid memories...for me too.

Sadly, it has demised into a catastrophic debenture for most with high financial hopes that actually, was a start of the end and crumbling into a cell for its captain that may not or would not agree to accept a downfall...the Cycler program was his last struggle and bastion to prove his will and dexterity for the last remaining show possibly given under a hidden identity....

Unmasked by the Malaysian authorities, his fate and that of his wife remains (un)certain... I only wish and ask to read his admittance on judgment day that he repent and accepted his verdict of guilt. It would seal the trial as the right course for a decent closure to all who lost in some way or another, big or small from their once & only promising PicPay accounts

I will be closing this thread and a string of others as well that are rather repetitive and only leads to confusion and disarray for returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Mardsens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

    at this link>>>:

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
