I am not sure how significant this is but when I tried to go to the site I got the following messege...

Network Error (tcp_error)


A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

I don't get anything even when I ping the site.

Well.. that the servers will run slower seems logical to me.. To make the downloading/uploading from BON to the servers they got at the office needs a fast line.. And if, lets say aprox. 50 000 - 100 000 members are trying to login at the same time, that will result in wery slow lines. Heavy traffic = slow lines.. That will not get the sites opened quicker, so why do it? Many times when I have tried to login *when the sites were up, of course* i've got the message "servers are busy, try again later".. isn't that a sign that theire servers can't handle loads of traffic?? I know that there are thousands waiting to access the sites, so if the sites suddely appears on the screen there will be massive attacks from the members. WAIT till we get the message that everything is OK, and that we once again can enter :) I believe they are working on making this happend as soon as possible. Let the guys do it without our "help"!

Nobody will be able to get the site until they allow it. Trying to logon when they are not allowing it has zero effect on their work. They will not go online until they have everything worked out anyway.
