I'm not guessing on this as mine was again confirmed as "completed" and it won't be long for another currently pending and reaching its 2nd and half week...it took just under 3 weeks to see it processed... :D

Merchant withdrawal has been paid. I know it from the merchant I bought something and others too. Some worth over 100k!!

Could you tell me which merchant, ive got some rather large deals floating around out their, if not i understand?
Do you have an idea of the date ranges of the orders that he was payed on?

I am a merchant. I have had zero luck in getting any answers out of picpay. My customers are very frustrated. We are very frustrated. I have several WDs pending from as early as 29 May. I would love to get paid so I could ship most of this inventory out. We send emails and they dont answer them. I am very discouraged. It takes Picpay on average 17 days just to open my customer verifications, I have the reciepts to prove it. I was hoping for some good news today. I recieved a verification email today that was the very first verification (20 May 05) we sent to Picpay. We had already received this verification and had requested the funds from these customers. We also received a verification email that said 1 customer had bad picpay, that customer was approved in the verification prior to that. We dont know what is going on.
I truly hope that this all works out. Right now we are not that comfortable with the situation.
Camden09, you are not alone, our situation is absolutely similiar :roll:
our customers are double checked instead of moving futher... this is not a negative post, we have a faith in PIPS but a little bit frustated that noone wants to answer our simple questions :roll:
The reason why the customers are being double checked is that they did not close the movement of picpay till June so anything before this will have to be checked, as for withdrawals I am sorry to say yes emails do not get answered but try phoning Eshan or accounts department.

Maybe part of withdrawal slow down is because of the amount of fraudulant picpay that was out there,,,,,,,and with the amount of withdrawals every one of them has to be verified as clean ,not just the normal verification...........

The WD was in the first week of June placed with a Merchant for his service and just last week, it finally displayed "completed". That's fine with me and now, it's in the court of the Merchant.... 8) :wink:
