PIPS's properties and long term investments.
So much is said about Bryan’s buying of cheap properties and how much this is waste of the members money. Some even advice him that the money should rather be distributed among members than being invested in “non profit†businesses.
Is Bryan Marsden buying worthless properties in wasteland?
Of course not. Bryan has told us that he is in this for the long run and buying properties is a part of this plans as well as other of his dispositions (PIPS Bistro, PIPS Fashion a.s.o.). Malaysia is a country of possibilities where fortunes can be made.
Many international companies are being established there now and the country is expanding its industrial- and international relations as a leading business centre in Asia.
To prepare for further expansion on this, the Malaysian Government encourage foreign companies to invest in Malaysia. Negeri Sembilan had a boom of hotels and resorts in the late 1990s, but some of these projects never took off and the properties are now just waiting to be completed by someone with money and good ideas, and are cheap for sale.
Quote:
Negeri Sembilan is mainly an agricultural state. However, the establishment of several industrial estates enhanced the manufacturing sector as a major contributor towards the state economy.
Agricultural activity includes rubber and oil palm plantations, livestock, fruit orchards and vegetable farming. About 3,099 square kilometres are used for rubber and oil palm plantations.
Manufacturing activity includes electrical and electronics, textiles, furniture, chemicals, machinery, metalworks and rubber products. The main industrial areas are Senawang, Sungai Gadut, Tuanku Jaafar Industrial Park, Nilai and Tanah Merah in Port Dickson.
Port Dickson or PD to locals is a beach and holiday destination situated about 32km from Seremban and 60km from Kuala Lumpur. It is located in the state of Negri Sembilan in Peninsular Malaysia. It takes 1 hour + travelling by car from Kuala Lumpur on the North-South Highway to Port Dickson. This small town used to produce charcoal, but it was later developed as a small port by the British during the Strait Settlement period. The 18km extent of beach from Tanjung Gemuk to Tanjung Tuan is a popular holiday destination for visitors as far as those from Kuala Lumpur itself. Many Singaporeans have invested in holiday homes in and around Port Dickson. Back in the late 1990s, Port Dickson went through a boom of hotels and resorts. Some of these projects never took off the ground and the unfinished construction projects can still be seen along the tourist town.
Nilai is a town located in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Due to its close proximity to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur International Airport, it is a town developing rapidly. Development projects can be seen as one drives around Nilai. Two of Malaysia's well known colleges are located in Nilai: Nilai International College and Inti College Malaysia. As a result, this town is also mainly occupied by students from all over the world. Many students from China can be seen in Nilai.

The short way to Singapore is another positive aspect regarding the future value of properties in this area.
Johor, being in the backyard of Singapore is the natural area of expansion of Singapore. Port- and industrial areas is/will be situated there, as Singapore, due to its limited area, no more can take further expansion being required.
That properties are bought cheap is showing Bryan’s foreseeing sense of business. This part of Asia is rapidly expanding and the value of properties, in this connection, will indubitable increase.
When I was working within the shipping business in that part of Asia some years ago, there were already plans ready for this expansion. That Bryan Marsden, with his close relations with the Malaysian Authorities, might have positioned himself as a participant of this development, can be considered reasonable.
What does he need to make this dream come true? Money and properties. This is exactly where Bryan Marsden is putting his attention. He has several times told us that he is planning for the long term and to be able to help the less fortune to have a decent life. This is how he secures the long term income, so do support him in his plans.
If you are looking for a HYIP giving you quick and huge income, then look elsewhere. There are many of those plans to be found. Common for them all is you can easily loose everything.
PIPS is more safe, but you have to be patience (apply big “Pâ€)
Have an excellent day and be patience. :D
