So, what is it that you are you trying to tell us about PIPS that hasn't already been said? Just trying to understand your postings....
I don't know if Pips is here to stay. I do not know if withdrawals will be made.

Many people put Pips and Picpay in the same class, " as an investment".
Simply put they are not, one had a, "gold gaurnatee" and no return.
different accounting, different accountablity, different expections of possible loss.

    boatman!

    right spot on!

PIPS is an investment vehicle, and the loan is not secured! YOU as an investor could lose all or part of your investment (funds). There is no guarantee that PIPS will be able to pay you the loan back!...period!

Now, picpay is NOT an investment, but an electronic payment gateway, supposed or promised to be backed by GOLD!...if so, our funds sitting in picpay is secured and I would not worry!

Default And how about Pic Trust or Pips Trust

I thought Pips money was placed in Trust. Doesn't this too provide some additional security to the Pips organization? Again Pips is huge, worth up to three billion dollars. Surely something will be remaining after being investigated either to distribute to the members or to reinvest. Incidentally what was that new document they had us sign three or four months ago before we could gain access to the Pips site? I didn't like that but what could one do under the circumstances. Perhaps I signed over the bit of money I had in Pips when I signed that!

What document are you referring to? I was never asked to sign any document and have never had a problem accessing my accounts :?

The document was entitled PRIVATE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN PIPS INCORPORATED AND SECOND PARTY and outlined the agreement between PIPS and you regarding monies put into the program. If you'd like a copy, I'll post one of mine.

Dragonmom, Have you reread it? Does it indeed limit Pips' liability? Perhaps after enough members signed it, enough for them to recover a billion or two from the members for what they had in mind, they removed it and perhaps why chester didn't see it and have to sign it. It seemed odd to me, so far from the beginning of the Pips program, to be making changes to the Charter of the organization. When I signed it I certainly felt that I was signing nothing to benefit me. If not me, I wonder who it was going to benefit, lol?

I’ve since spoken with a friend who is going to email me a copy so no need to post a copy here for my benefit. It was kind of you to offer.
