Ah my pommy friend . High noon approacheth. I will at least give your boys credit , they are playing well .
But Koertzen and Bowden are back in charge , so you have lost one advantage .
Rain is your only hope . And you need your bowlers to stay on the field long enough to bowl an over .
Beware the wounded Aussie .
PS The Yanks are in for 2006 , but I can,t see your boys beating Poland .

Playing well? Yes they're doing the business!! Been a tremendous series, one of the best of all time. Be even better to beat your lot with McGrath playing. Jones should be fit too.
As for the footie, if only our footballers were half as good as our cricketers! You could be right about Poland doing us.
Well back to the post, this week if the servers are back up then that's a massive sign we're back on track. :D
Enjoy the match Luts me old Aussie chum. 8)

Hi kristin,
Nice one. Just a friendly bit of banter between an Aussie and an Englishman regarding the cricket series between the 2. England have not won since 1986/87 and noone gave us a chance this year, but we're 2-1 up with 1 to play! The whole country has cricket fever, it's great.
Last match starts Thursday, Aussies have to win to retain the Ashes. Can't wait!
Anyways, apologies for boring anyone out there!!

And that's not all........
Warne and McGrath are getting older and will soon retire from
test cricket - whereas the Brits have a young side - god help
Australia regardless of what happens next week at The Oval ..
Cheers,

They're an old team that will have to go through a transitional stage in the next year or 2. Warne has kept them in the series, we'd have won by now without him.
Anyways, back to the topic, woudn't it be great, to a.) be back up and running, b.) have our ROL backdated, and c.) a post from BM himself when we log in this week.
