Nelsonlee....I don't know who you are or where you claim to get your information. And I am not a troll, but a faithful PIPS member. However, I am concerned about what you are saying and if you are giving members false hope. You indicate that BoN has found PIPS to be clear of any wrongdoing...however, we know that the BoN has invited some members to meet with them in their London office on Sept 13 as part of their investigation. How can you draw your conclusions when, clearly, the investigation is not over? While I do hope you are right, it seems very premature for you to be saying that PIPS is "back in business"...I'm just trying to clarify here. Nothing wrong with being hopeful, but please don't state something as fact unless it is actually a fact, not just your instinct, intuition, or hope.

Has it occured to you that maybe they are not investigating Bryan but investigating the fraudulent activity of some of these merchants and where the money disappeared to, that was said to have been sent to pay them but never showed up?

Watch and wait.

PIPS is free and clear. PICPAY is still under investigation. Distinction!

True, stating rumor as FACT runs rampant in here, if it is what people want to hear. Factual statements will be dismissed enmass as rumor, if it is not what peole want to hear. What little facts that are available are inconclusive at best

Well, the fact is the sites ARE coming back up, they wouldn't allow that, if PIPS wasn't cleared. Anyone that can't see that as positive news, is just looking for trouble, has another agenda, or needs something to talk about to try to get noticed.

You made a good point. I think you are very very correct. The amount involved. I heard, is 50 million.
