Thread: Thanks to the keepers of the faith

I posted this this morning on the auspips site before rolclub came up in response to roycepsams reply to westcliff's post and wanted to say it over here, too.

Thank you royce for your well timed posts into the BTI forum when things were looking pretty bleak mostly from Bill's supposed updates from Bryan. I'll tell you, though I've always believed in Bryan and posted positive comments on the old pips forum, pipsusa and bti, I came pretty close to doubting at one point because of Bill's words. Then you started a thread called "There's Still Hope" or words to that effect and turned the tide over there. By the way, I'M NOT RE-JOINING BTI!! I was kicked off last night and he want's $10 per month to stay on.

IMO, Bill was misreporting in order to build his BTI business and probably to support WW, GN, et al's venture and all in time for BoN audit and also the GENTS convention where they will have thousands of disgruntled pips members to sell their wares to.

Anyway, a big thank you to roycepsam, suzanna, 4dtaxman, nelsonlee, nair and all of you who stayed positive and kept everybody looking up and questioning the false information that was being fed to us.

The trolls know that pips needs positive energy and the best way to stop postivive thoughts, prayers, etc. is to get people to worry and that's what they're doing. But, thank God, they have been defeated!!

BTI is now a dead end because most people will not pay a monthly fee. He overplayed his hand by deciding to start payment of monthly fees now, especialy without giving the members warning that this would happen.

I would like to get all those people together who paid $100 for a lifetime membership ........ maybe we can do something to get our money back????

Gent was organised by Pips Belgium, together with Pips England and Pips Germany. There will only be 300 people or less. So don't expect that to make any changes. I'm more concerned about the English Pips (or Amici) forum where too many negative words are spoken in favour of the take-over boys.

Argon - Please get your facts straight. BTI has nothing to do with the troubles PIPS is having. Just cause the updates over there were even tempered and not super positive most of the information has been correct. As far as the lifetime membership deal, how many people paid with picpay? Which at current no one can get there funds from. I know I did and I will galdy pay the $10 a month for someone to do most the pre-DD on other programs.

These are great signs lately with the sites coming up and hopefully Bryan will be able to post an update in his own words and not those through sources.(Think the telephone game) Even if Pips came back online 100% I would still look to invest in other companies to spread it out. If you only owned Lucent stock and no others then for the last 5 years you'd be crying that all your money was lost when the bubble burst. thats why you don't just go with one company.

There are many strange things going on and there are trouble makers among us but untill they are reveled by Byran stop pointing fingers.

Many feel cheated by BTI and their actions. Aside from the negative updates, why would anyone give them a good report? Certainly BTI failed to follow through on the lifetime memberships. Many of which were paid for with money outside of picpay. Some believe management received money from the usa account at picpay and now do not honor the agreement.

Those with payment to BTI pending in picpay, they can cancel the transaction as soon as the site comes up and receive a refund into their account.

There imo is really no defence in taking advantage of members that are already in a financial bind. The only reason imo that someone would defend what they are doing, is if they were part of the people at the top getting members money.

It may very well have started off as a good thought, but, somewhere they took the wrong road. In any case, they are using Bryan's members. imo

Bev, thanks for everything and nice words. Most of us that stayed loyal had hard time to cope with trolls and some skeptic members.

BTI turn sour when Billy turn his interest toward Gary and Warren.
He made mistake siding with them. Regardless what are Flyer comments
BTI is out from many pipsters hearts.

Now when PIPS is back to business we will rejoice and continue with support to Bryan and rest of the staff.
