And a HYIP is not what I had in mind, as I feel the words 'honest' and 'sustainable' can only appear in the same sentence as 'HYIP' as long as there is a NOT in there as well.

Opening a business, although not risk free is another way of investing in a sustainable program. But I myself has been burned many times after PIPS but luckily it was just under USD2000, unluckily PIPS has gotten ALL my money. Hence now I just steer clear of any HYIPs.
Sounds like good advice to me. People would often shout on the PIPS forum that PIPS was not a HYIP, so I thought I was not giving my money to one. I guess I learned that lesson too. I would have never given my money to a nameless faceless website that only accepts e-currencies. How much good that did me!

I believe if you have $$$ lying around to invest, just put most of it in the bank and take out like 15% and go to a casino rather than play Hyips. If you win big, send a commision my way for the advice! *kiddin abt the commission*

    Take care mate.

BlackJack offers the best odds in the house, but i do not have that type of personality. I like a certain type of commodity at the moment, especially with a deal that gives you a steadily increasing flow of income after 8 years up to 25 years, and that let's you pay in installments. Thankfully, I managed to crawl back after the financial disappointment and dry spell that was 2005. And I wish this for everyone who lost in PIPS, may it come asap if it hasn't yet.

For some of us, starting their own business is the best possible investment, but it is still a considerable risk, best if you can start slowly while keeping your day job.

There'll always be the stock market & Forex but you have to invest a lot of time in this and some of your picks will be total duds.

In the end, I would say, pick an area and become really good at something, start saving early, live below your means, have something that keeps you upright when things get really difficult, and look after yourself - these are the things that really pay off in life.

Postponed till November with a second trial coming up in May in regards to illegal online businesses.

Just as the Beatles sang: It's getting better all the time.

I will be closing this thread and a string of others as well that are rather repetitive and only leads to confusion and disarray for returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Mardsens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

    at this link>>>:

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
