    Default Pips

Whatever the situation is at this time Bank Negara do have legal matters to deal with re Pips, one of the items that they have to deal with regretfully is the "letter" of complaint, specifically the allegation of fraud made against Bryan & Sharon by a small minorty of merchants.

Like it or not Bank Negara does have to take the context of the letter very seriously. I have [EDITED,keep it clean.ADMIN]seen a copy of the letter which was posted in a another forum, it is ALL , we know that and so does Bryan. But the bank has to look into it anyways to confirm it for themselves. And that process will take as long as it takes.

Pips is not dead, far from it, it remains a billion dollar company incorperating smaller companies. our responsability at this time is to keep the faith, remain calm and to continue to support Bryan which he thanked us for in his update via Tom.

A billion dollar comapny is not simply going to collapse in a heap.

Perhaps, we should write another letter to the bank to tell them that we are according with the decisions of Bryan.

While the support is appreciated, PLEASE DO NOT WRITE, CALL OR FAX THE BANK! I think they've had enough and anything sent would simply be considered a NUISANCE whether it be positive or negative.

These so called PIPSters may have gone a stuffed it up for all of us.

THANKS VERY BLOODY MUCHLY GUYS GREAT JOB GOING AND STICK YA NOSE IN AND DOING US ALL IN.

When it all comes good these people are going to regret that they opened there big fat traps in the first place.

    Hello All ,

I do love PIPS but in reality ,there are enough reasons as to realize that PIPS is now in serious troubles...reasons are given as follows

    1. PIPS stopped paying ages ago..Banks might be the main cause of it but alternatively the payment platforms such as VAT and other temperary solutions can be looked at..
    2. Updates are the same everytime , no real progress its all about hope..and being patience.
    3. People have gone out of their way to set up picpay merchants costing them thousand of dollars on legal fees , stocks and time.
    4. No mentions about how the company is going, how they will sustain 2% a day program, it is possible but all we hear about new projects..and so on
    5. People dont realize that it would take at least a year to clear up the withdrawal backlogs providing they have several banks in place. That will eventually cause cashflow problem with the company as I believe some people are probably by now on 100K+ a day.

People are living in the dream ..including me. I wish it didnt pan out like this. My post will soon get deleted for sure , as people will not stand the truth. But well that what life is all about....take cares.

When you see the general stupidity of certain persons, it makes more sense that the world is "unfair".
Most people (obviosly) can't handle money and if they do get it (by chance) they screw it up by acting in a way that makes it go away.

Why the hell would a person call the banks, the UN and all these other organisations to check stuff.
(They can't tell you anything important anyway)

If I call a bank and ask about a random company they would think nothing of it.
    There was only one request.

With Pips things are different, here there are hundres maybe thousands of nuts calling.
They get a bit freaked out and Pips takes heat.

To be open is not always a good thing. Bryan won't tell us members ANY details anymore.
(If he does he's not as smart as i thounght)

Probably going to be: "We are paying you now." (Hopefully)

Good post roshenco, PIPS is very much alive for those of us that believe in it and Bryan. Others won't believe no matter what even after withdrawals start flowing again.

I am hoping that Bryan will give members who want "out of PIPS" the opportunity to leave with their initial investment.

For those merchants and members who participated in drafting and signing this letter, hopefully their initial deposit too, will be refunded and their account(s) suspended indefinetly.
