I have just spoken to Faizal who is head of picpay merchants

For those who wish to argue what im about to say, don’t bother



This is direct from the horses hoof

Pips is dead

Malay central bank (like a reserve bank I gather) has frozen all accounts, and may take ages to work there way through them

All money has been frozen from coming in or out

Apparently the best way to get money is to sue



The staff finish up by end of month
