Posted: Mon Aug 22, 2005 1:17 am Post subject: Faizal Confirms PIPS Is Shut Down Pending Banks Decision

I spoke to Faizal this morning and he confirmed to me that the bank had moved in and "borrowed documents" (his words) and that at the moment PIPS, Pic Pay and Pic Realty are not operating. The web sites are down and staff are not in the offices. Staff were all in the PIPS Bistro awaiting a meeting with Brian. He indicated that the bank had issue with their business practices and a decision on their future would be some time off. It is my opinion from what he did say as well as what he did not say that the program is more likely to fail that succeed. For now all we can do is await the banks decision. He referred to the bank as the "Central Bank" and related it to the Reserve Bank here in Australia and that it had the power to close them down. Obviously those of us waiting for car payments (me included) are on our own.

yeah read it also if any of this is true not much hope, hope we get some kind of official update, nair on this forum is pretty good at getting info so home he posts something for us soon

Regarding as with faizal I have different opinion ., hahahaah cannot reveal anything ., But remember onething faizal was moved from handling picpay say within three or four months he went away from picpay as management moved him away from picpay.

But what said is somewhat correct about the power of Bank Negara I meant it earlier ., as said it can curb only picpay and not pips and its operations If it curbs picpay it should move away all finances under hold through out within a short tenure and pips will move completely offshore from labuan .,but will continue its operations.Stating the power of Negara is needless., as I meant earlier it can make control over finances in its zone and can do anything as its the supreme authority in malaysia and can curb the activities., so nothing vital in faizal's post just another bloody words if said from faizal.

Don't worry not a speculation ., program failures are not possible with the current ambience ., some may ask a person inside pips and a former manager of picpay reveals means its true .,

what it means with borrowed files.. ahahahah doesn't make sense., handled files is the word or submitted files is the word .,

as said prior without computers what the supports will do in pips .,do answer cold calls from members... I think this is not vital., Gathering staff's at Bistro is what I said prior to some of our pipsters.

Than to open the office without computers and letting people in will make fuzz and make the ambience stringent ., hence it were not opened .

Ohhh god day by day people make the collapse spreading rumours .,

from now I wont answer posts unless I find trustworthy info., the aussie forum began all these havoc., following usa forum ., that what I mean WITH WARREN'S POSTING ...

okay now with the new joke what will u do with picpay withdrawals if u had followed warren.

Don't ever think I am making rough critizism over and over on you people ., But the pre-determined facts are already expressed what's their in repeating again ., just causing members panic.

I hope u would understand this factor ., already members are in a frustrated condition ., using some names doesn't matter but with a worthwhile info is a must.,

prior they used warren then Gary now faizal .,

what happened with warren or Gary's sayings If they are prevalent why didn't they express Bank Negara's measure prior to all., just taking screen shots of all accounts what will they do with bank negara .. the authorities will look into ??????????? just a bull crap friends.

nothing can be done if bank negara mis-judges the ambience ., anyhow u can do onething keep on watching the move.

once I get worthwhile info with clarity I will express the truth.
Remember the said info's are facts and I expressed these things earlier and the business cannot fail ., but within the jurisdiction of malaysia ., pips/picpay can be banned from doing trading inside malaysia., after a follow up of EC trust .

Hi Guys, sorry to cause any confusion I just posted what was posted in the Aussie forum, maybe this was a mistake I am sorry to cause anyone any undue anxiety.

You misjudged again ., I meant it forsake ., read it clearly with follow-ups ., But the proposal given to Bank Negara is still under investigation tequila ., sure the outcome will give some folks and will do some betterment.,


Dont misunderstand my posting read in in full don't have a sentence to give the entire meaning to my message.,

Read it all through tequila .,I just commented on the followers of nameoriented messages and people's follow up behind making wrong decisions ., not causing members to be worried read through .,

don't make mis-judging without reading in the full context and its connectivity to the sentences also I hope u to edit your message saying I am collapsing and making people worried.,

I meant following warren., gary and now faizal won't give facts and they are vain to express that I made it out understand this first of all.

But a clear analysis ., however rumours rumours and rumours makes me tensified even after facts.,I just hit people .
