Unless we are advised to do this by Bryan, I would suggest very strongly against this idea. We don't know for sure if this is necessary or that it is a valid request.

First of all, it comes from a invitation only pips forum. Secondly, they are only asking for support letters and username. I doubt seriously any harm can come from this, even which i seriously doubt its a case of phishing. Its probably a genuine attempt to help.

I will gladly do it.

I will respond too. It can do no harm. I think a co-ordinated effort will avoid annoying the bank.

I would rather do this than do nothing. I don't see how it can hurt.

A million letters from people saying how wonderful Bryan is will only hurt... if you have material facts that would be relevant do come forward . otherwise wait.

Just a brief statement saying you support the company and its ceo will do. we don't need to mention details of problems or any such thing, just supportive gesture statement. Lack of those details speak louder than all the protests of the other side and show respect to the ceo that we know, who is also big on less responce to negative combative behavior. :D

No! Part if not ALL of the reason we're in this boat was the constant barrage to the banks. Banks do NOT like attention. This is only going to make things worse. Let's not do ANYthing that could complicate things any more than they already are.

It's Bryan we should be supporting. Send cards, positive wishes to him. Please, let Bryan deal with the banks!

Pls do not interfere the investigation by Bank Negara Malaysia now. This will add unnecessary burden to them. Bank Negara is the highest authourity for financial institution in Malaysia. They are capable enough to carrying out their job. I am sure BM will have the intelligence to solve the problem also. So, lets act only when we are told to act!

These will be used agaisnt Bryan and will further the investigation agaisnt him. Don't do it.

Please don't send any such letters to the banks. They have enough to deal with already and don't need another group of Pipsters to deal with now. Let the restructuring continue as planned and we'll see the finished product when it's done.

My gut feeling is not to send anything to Bank N. We are not certain what is the reason for the audit. Any wrong move on our part without BM approval may create a river of no return, and hinder any good intention of Bank N towards BM and P..Ps, if there is. I belive P..Ps has some good record with Bank N. as after all P..Ps is already a few years in Malaysia.

If I had a business and pples clogged up my fax with ,even positive comments about someone/thing, I'd be mad because the business faxes would be delayed. But since some will do what even Bryan says not to do, I guess it doesn't matter what we say huh!

Bryan is very capable of handling this and will do so if left to it. STOP this foolish speculating and listening to all the rumors. Let's get this mess straightened out and get on with the good life we are all wishing for.
Furthermore,this is business.It is a numbers game.Banks are not sympathetic to the pleas or goodwishes of the members of a client company.This isn't a Walt Disney movie.Nobody at a bank will recieve your faxes,wipe a tear from thier eye and say"aw,shucks,lets give'em a break".

Although in theory, this is a very nice idea. I'm sure Bryan would appreciate the support, but still this is probably not something we should do.

What I suggest to the people who started this idea is that you continue to collect the emails as you planned, but instead of sending them to the bank by fax (which can get pretty long considering the number of supporters PIPS has) I would post all the messages/signatures on a website and possibly send the bank a link to the page. That way, if they feel inclined to, on their own time, they can go and check it out.

Before doing all that, I suggest we wait until we hear the latest from Bryan.... just in case!

If the support thing does move forward, I would like to suggest that you start off the page by saying that we all support Bryan and PIPS INC and are very aware of what the program is about. We have not been tricked or lied to and have all willingly invested our money into the program. (something along those lines). The only way things can go bad for us is if the bank believes that Bryan is running a fraudulent organization and has scammed members into giving him their money (which is what the trolls have led them to believe). We need to let them know that they have been lied to and we are all content with our choices to invest in this program!

In my lowly opinion I do believe if anything was sent it should go to Bryan and then if he needed the support letters he could produce them for the authorities.

Hi all,

Emeans sums it up very nicely. If you have to do something, it would make much better business sense to forward any emails, faxes, etc., direct to Bryan.

The banks are not interested in personalities, or how many supporters Bryan has, only how much money they are going to make out of any financial transaction. If a business based in their country is offering a higher rate of interest and better investments than they can, they will look very closely at it.

Don't forget that all financial transactions that pass through a country's banking system are recorded as 'currency flow' and if this figure from a single business begins to influence the total currency flow out of the country, the clearing banks are not going to be too impressed.

It's like me setting up a burger bar next to McDonalds, buying the raw burgers from McDonalds' own supplier at a discounted rate, and then selling them cheaper than they do, attracting a huge market which dwarfs their own. They wouldn't be very happy!!

We can only watch and wait - This is a very bureaucratic world that we live in and common sense is a commodity in very short supply

My understandin was that the 'petitions' wer to be sent to Bryan's attention at the PIPS office & not directly to the bank.
