Does anyone have any information on the Pips/Picpay Web sites being down?

The IT will need some time to fix this.

The exchange (connection ISP) which acts as a router to the pips servers
is down. They r working on it. No time frame given.

There were very severe storms in the Malasian area last night, so it isn't surprising that there is a disruption.

I have been trying on and off for the past 12 hours or so - no luck

The lines are all busy, but what with sever stormas last night, it isn't surprising. Be patient, they are apparently working on it.
