Thread: Please explain why the letter from PicPay dissappear!

It was a positive letter direct from Malaysian Office!
I called Picpay and talked to the author herself and get the letter comfirmed. She was very nice and serviceminded.

Please tell me what is wrong.

No I dont recive the letter.
It was posted by "suntonic" under "From PicPay" in this forum fri aug 12, 2005 3:54 am.
I called them about 4 ours after the letter was posted and get confirmed.

I am suprised a correct letter with, in this time, valid information direct from Malaysian office is taken away. It was not official but it contains serius information and it originated from one eployee inside that knows what she is talkin about. No guessing.

I just like to know the roules, understand and follow them.
