Add me to the list. I am in: integrity7
What List? You have got to be kidding!
Add me to the list. I had hard working people who believed in me invest and now ties are broken.
Yeap! If there's is any hope, I want to know.
Hi members, just want to reassure the members that have place their trust on Yogi and me that we will do our best. It's been a awful experience and I feel like punching the next person with an investment scheme to present to me as do most of us. I am slowly but surely trying to get back on my feet, I want to do this then forget I ever knew PIPS.
Still, I don't want to forget all the contacts and friends I have made here. I also will not forget how all of you help me, your kind wishes and your encouragement. For some of us, maybe there will be a bittersweet ending but for a majority of ex-PIPS investors nothing but bitterness.
I have but one piece of advice, "what's gone is gone and broken dreams are just that." Forget your losses and dream new dreams and work towards it. Slowly but surely, life must go on. The world is our oyster, there's money to be made albeit legal. So let's go out an sieze the day. "Live like you're dying...." - Adam Lambert (AI winner) song aplty playing in the background while I am typing this.
For those of you that want to visit Penang, you are most welcome. The island beckons you. The room rates are cheap and your guide is here. Hope you don't mind that I am "spotted" a bit now. Please let me know if you need any writing work done. I can supply articles on happenings from Penang and Malaysia in general.
Cheers.

G'day all,
I like many have silently watched the ongoing evolution of what we all knew as PIPS. While I have also had some difficulty in recovering from my losses, I do have to agree with Nej. It was a time of great jubilation, of dreams dreamed and a feeling of helping others. I couldn't wait to get onto the PIPS website to view how I was going. Yes I lost a lot, but in giving hope and opportunity to others, it lifted spirits, created an amazing community with many many wonderful people who genuinely believed in using PIPS to help those around them. It is these things that I hold onto, not the fact that it all fell apart. Call me naive, maybe, but what a ride, what a truly amazing experience to be part of such a motivating and passionate group of people, that in itself was worth it.
Cheers from Down Under
The coverage on the trial began with a small following in this forum... something below the 500 of Ex-Pipsters, comprising both for and against the arrest and detention of Bryan Marsden and his wife, Sharon.
That number gradually trickled to a mere handful of dozens and eventually, when it became tentative as recognized by the Court last year in Nov, the list of Claimants remains to this day, barely under two dozen as listed.
Indeed it was... a long way threaded by these few who never gave up what they believed in... that it is theirs to retrieve whatever there is left aside and regulated by the Malaysian Authorities.
The List of Claimants cannot be added anymore. I don't and I am sure, no one will want nor expect to see or be teamed up with Bryan to start on another.... for he has more $$$$s to return if anyone still plans or wishes to follow up where he last left.... after his prison release in early January of this year.
Whereabouts remains unknown to Rolclub, last destination speculated after release in January 2010, is the UK, back to (birthplace) basics perhaps.:noserious
Hi there
Like a previous response, I had no money or will to keep following this trial. I invested over £20000 and cannot believe that, despite following and checking everything for the first couple of years, that it is too late to claim. Please give me some guidance. Thank you in advance.
