Thread: Updates on BM & PIPS Refund, Claims & Payouts

The Claims is still under process and frankly, the current "Claimants" had wished and preferred that it remains as private & privileged for as long as it takes during the current process they are now in.

Also, they have stood the entire period being responsible and supportive of their will to make sure just where they got to and how they are in now, by their sheer dedication and deliberate support they all went through together in funding the Trial Coverage and no one but the Court will determine eventually just WHO and HOW much each individual claimant will someday receive, they remain hesitant to share all these news coverage with "others" that are not or with those who decidedly wish/chose NOT to pursue/get involved to become the ultimate Claimants on the PIPs money resting with the Malaysian Govt/Bank.

It is also quite obvious, if one were to be in their shoes, and when reaching this far for accomplishment and simply awaiting for the refund / returns... whichever is recoverable to take place, one would not like to share further details with others that you might consider as "its my affairs", not yours, so accept it as such.

As for ROLClub, this thread will remain open for as long as the process is not over because there may be a small chance and window for disclosure... should any of the Claimants wish to air & express their experience later on... for the moment, very little appears as yet.

Hi Yogibrood.....just wondering how I can become a claimant. I thought no-one would ever get any money back so just waited to hear about the trial. If the Malaysian government still have some of the money, surely they must have our account details we had with PIPS, or, if not, what do I do to make a claim?

If I remember well,you've missed the boat.There was a time line for claims and participation was required in the process.

Hi but I'm sorry to inform, it is not at all possible nor likely feasible to attempt any further with regards to the process now ongoing and reaching its final stages with the Courts and Authorities involved.

Just stay in the loop this time round, albeit in this ROLClub Forum or elsewhere on the Net with other forums that may or might indulge or initiate a separate case within the boundaries of other countries should Bryan Marsden be again held accountable. As for Malaysia and whatever is made available to all Claimants now legally recognized as accepted recipients for the returns of available funds that were once impounded by the Malaysian authorities, new claims submitted will only be a waste of time and esp. money wasted on Lawyers and or costly endurance involving time where no response is certainly guaranteed.... its like, falling on deaf ears if one plans to pursue at this late stage.

Just don't let the next opportunity slip past... many DID and were not taking it seriously resulting from a variety of circumstances involved.... but back then, it was like a mere joke even to think of attempting a pursuit to claim your money back... but the current Claimants were determined and they are at the point of seeing some of their money regained soon.

Thanks for your reply. I find it a pity that the authorities did not do more to keep all involved in the Pips program, informed and at least make clear the procedure to submit a claim. I lost touch with Rolclub for a time, so I was out of the loop. I did contact Bank Negara right at the beginning and was advised to watch the updates on their website, which were few. After all, some of the money they seized was mine - and now apparently is going to be distributed to a few, without even consulting me, which, in a way, is morally wrong.
There should be no time limit on claiming what is rightfully belonging to a person, should there, especially when the Court proceedings were in another country and another language.
On the other hand, congratulations to you and your friends who went the extra mile, you deserve to get all your money back and I sincerely hope you do.
Do you know what part of the UK Bryan Marsden was originally from? No doubt he will use another name and maybe change his appearance as he is Public Enemy Number 1 now.

U R welcome and my best remaining advise on this sad saga for most involved, who still has the energy or stomach to ponder & pursue whatever prospects still left out there is to scout on all the Net's existing HYIP Forums first & foremost.

Bryan lives on this field and so are his ex-lieutenants... the true die-hard Cheerleaders that can and only will blow their cool or cover in any one of the many forums that still love to praise and discuss more future prospects with their icon of CON-men and you will someday find BM, if not in the UK then perhaps closer to where the remaining money is stashed aside he managed to slush away in the earlier days of PIPs operation.

All the best to you and those that might regroup with your efforts... The Malaysian monopoly is sealed under the confines of Malaysia which is not the only landmark country BM limited his slush savings with.

I have further come to understand that the current process is still in firm progress and no drawbacks as yet to the Claims which I am happy to disclose at this stage. All Claimants involved are on tight-lipped position, a choice they prefer to maintain but I can express my contentment on the current status that Batty has secured with the Lawyers which is very assuring indeed.

It has been a long time since I have had the time to visit this forum, and especially this thread about PIPS. What I had hoped would have happened by now is that people would have realized that Bryan and Sharon were not the honest, caring and great people everyone was led to believe. Yet, there are people who were part of PIPS, who lost so much, that would follow them again in a heartbeat if given the chance. They just didn't plead guilty to make this all go away. They pled guilty because they were, and they didn't want more information coming out that would expose them to all the PIPS members. I have heard some say that Bryan is going to start PIPS2, and they can't wait for him to do so either. This is really disturbing to me on so many fronts. Some people never learn I guess. I feel so bad for all those who lost so much in this scam/Ponzi. I wish all those who have pursued the claims all the best.

If I had to bet, I would bet that Bryan tries another scam very soon. The only question is what name will he use to do it? I also think he is in for a rude surprise as the world of scamming today is not like it was 4 years ago. Law enforcement agencies worldwide have finally had enough of these scammers stealing millions. In one way I hope he does, and he gets caught. Because this time he won't get a slap on the wrist. But for the safety of others I hope he doesn't try. Enough people have been destroyed by him and Sharon. We don't need more. Just my 2 cents worth.
