Hi ,
Just to update everyone , you can quit waiting . Luke had the same problems as
did Tom with the Kids Bible . No money from PIPs , I believe he got around 25 to
35% of the funds for start up , but nothing after that . If you want a more detailed
explaination I can try to find the update that Luke posted or emailed . Can't remember
which .

Dear David
I am sending this update due to the events that has taken place at PIPS in the last few weeks.
I have received about 1/4 of the picpay amount to produce these set a while before PIPS had the current difficulty. Gary Nichol assured me the day before he left that he will be able to get the rest of the DVD funds to me. Well, that did not happen. I have with some of my own money bought and paid for licencing, fedex of ******* to LA,carried weeks of capturing and editing, run up a huge phonebill to Malaysia to try and get the funds out. Unfortunately it did not happen, and we don't know if it is going to.
That leaves me with the following: Would you please be so kind in answering one of the questions below and I will make a judgement from your answer.
Question 1: I would like a refund of my picpay if/when picpay returns to business.
Question 2: I would like to keep my order status as it is right now, and when you do receive my picpay funds ship it as normal.
Question 3: I would like to pay for my DVD set through another means of payment, egold, stormpay and take delivery when it is completed. (These sets I will do on order and will be shipped a few days after funds are received)
PLEASE NOTE: THIS EMAIL DOES NOT APPLY TO MEMBERS WHO PAID FOR THEIR DVD'S VIA STORMPAY OR PAID CASH AT THE CONVENTION. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOURS SOON.
I apologise once again for this nitemare situation, but we all know the circumstances.
Please answer ASAP.
Take Care and Cool Runnings
Luke
looks like Luke made some money....
Still waiting here in BC Canada as well.
I paid for it with a traveller's cheque too :(
As far as I know Luke never got paid by PicPay....so until he is paid...we'll have to wait on the DVD
Still waiting in Holland too!
Greetings.
If some of you would be a lot more considerate and pragmatic, all these ridiculous misconceptions can be avoided.
Luke as I was informed, had a limited budget to handle the project. What he obtained as against what eventually materialises, is something he too had to sort it out later on but for the moment, trying to pluck feathers off a naked rooster isn't harvesting your feather's stock your hat or fan needs!!!
I myself have paid him (immaterial of which means) but by George, his position faced like we all are with "dues being not forthcoming" is a nightmare and being deliberate with demands esp. when payments are done through methods that could not be delivered is rather inconsiderate, selfish and callous in reaching him out through the forum(s) to brush off his credibility.
If you claim to have paid him whereby it can be transacted with the bank somehow, and now demands a refund, please bear in mind the costs involved in that commitment.
He is already "broke" by that fact and if you do not raise the readiness for any reduction in costs for the refund as can be expected, he is not (and thats understandable as he can't read your mind through a forum) going to spend more time and money letting you know or asking you just how to re-settle the refund.
Please, with all respect due to his part, email him and propose just how best you wish to be refunded with the expected costs for subtraction as expected for his part faced.
Please address the negligible issue with some common sense and spare him the agony already being unbearable as it is for him as with everyone else. Be kind and take it to heart for his sufferings, financially speaking too.
