Default can pips just use egold or ebullion?

I don't mean to be OVERLY SIMPLISTIC!!! But wouldn't it solve the problem if PIPS used e-bullion to pay instead picpay. E-Bullion has alot of security, especially with the crypto card thing they now. Forget dealing with the banks, this solution would solve all the problems wouldn't it???

I commented on the possibility of using e-gold in the past, but nobody had any comments.
It would be an easy solution and a lot quicker than WT or anything else.

PIPS will never use any e-currencies again after US$60,000 have been stolen from PIPS' e-gold account early last year without getting it back and without cooperation at all of e-gold. That's the one reason, the other is all gold e-currencies altogether wouldn't be able to back such humongous demand with gold, not to speak of processing in a timely manner.

Btw, as most other e-currencies (Paypal, Stormpay, EMO) reside in the US, the same banking prob(Patriot Acts I+II, Homeland Security Act, Freedom Fries Act etc.) would arise! Part of solution is to avoid by all means any biz partners in US and to drop the US$ as payment/withdrawal method!

Couldn't agree with you more Mickey.
Even if you could use a payment center like e-gold, it would take forever to try and convert millions of dollars of gold to real dollars.

E-bullion is registered and based in Panama, FYI.

There was some talk a while ago that "they" the boss etc were monitering the USD situation in case a switch to another currency (possibly euros) was needed and that they had "obtained" bulk quanties of gold so it would only take a few days if a change of currency was needed.

ebullion isn't USA based, it's offshore, and backed by gold, as well to say it's probably one of the most secure systems online todate, more so since they have the crypto card...
So one deposit to ebullion account via wire transfer and BOOM, all of us will get paid... BM used ebullion before, but came up with some excuse not to use them either. :(
