Would be appreciated if someone tell me what 'coupon code' means in signing up page of BTI forum ?

If you were a prior Paid member of pip-usa, they will send you a coupon code that will allow you the re-register on BTI.

One more question please, then only prior paid member is entitled to register ?
The other non-members can not access it?

They will have the new registration segment of the BTI site up soon. Right now, only prior paid members can register. They will require a credit card to register, as they can't wait for Picpay.
