Thread: BRYAN IS HUMAN

While reading all these posts pro and con regarding Bryan's character, i thought of something vital. We are all human, and being so, we make many mistakes in our lifetime (I made one once myself). Because we make mistakes does not mean that we are bad people of deceptive in our actions. It just means that we've used poor judgment. If we expect to be forgiven for those things, we must forgive others for theirs.

Having said this, I do feel we should draw back and let Bryan see where he has gone wrong in judgment of issues. The least we can do is PRAY for him and believe that he will see the right way to correct impending problems. I do believe the man has a heart to help people. I have been in this since GW days and I have seen him weather storms that are not for the fainthearted. So I know he is not a crook.

Let's pull back and give him some slack. As a former teacher I've see what praise and support can do for a child who is struggling. If we praise and support him in the changes, it might just work out to our own good too. Ever think about that?

I tought he was ceo of p*ps , and has billions of dollars to defend.
Then you are not a child, but a manager i think. He has already 8 month time work out. So I give him another 2 month's for explaining how the situation is , after that than he is gone I think and you never will hear of him.

I agree, let Bryan do his work. I believe the changes being made are working for our good and the good of the program which will result in changes that will protect PIPS far into the future.

Didn't anyone have realized yet that his next step may be to freeze Picpay with clean and unclean funds and will be replaced with a much secure System.

Funny but I have worked for many a manager who acted like a child.
