I faxed support with a problem accessing one of my accounts last night (GMT), and this morning I received an email asking me to try accessing again to see if the problem had been resolved, and it was.

Yes, Pips support is fantastic, they always sort out a problem. There is nothing wrong with Pips other than that which we already know and BM is presently working on resolving those issues.
