Hi friends,
I am as frustrated as well as dissapointed. I have scoured the papers and online searches for any mention of the trial, nothing was found. I will continue to search and report back later.

hi thebat$,
I called to bon and check ,they did not release any news on pips case and ask to check throught attorny general charmber of malaysia for the result.can you check and see how?
rgrds,
mmm
As suggested by Dreamer, I will call the editor of Utusan (Malay Paper) whose paper covered the last mention. If that is a dead end, I will try to call the attorney general chambers but I am not promising this.
1. We don't know the case number or whatever
2. They might ask me for my details (which might get me called as a witness or what not)
3. Sealed or restricted. If there was a plea bargain then no trial, right? Which means no news.
I do however will continue to lookout for news everyday. I know my buddy Dreamer got my back, he surfs for it too.
theBat$ - Stay tuned.
Bat$ - as a sugestion, say you are a journalist covering the case for a website, rather than a pips member. Would avoid any possible difficult questions maybe?
I had a search on the Star yesterday and it found the old articles. Today, it doesn't even find those! Nothing on google news either.
I am very happy. I feel wonderful. It's great to be in such good stage.
Have good day all.
Hi Nej,You can go to the star online, click on news, type "marsden" in the search box. That gets you all the old stuff.
The Star Online: 365-Day Archive Search
Ah, that explains it. Yesterday I was searching for "Marsden". Today I was searching for "Bryan Marsden".
Whilst I fully understand the interest, it should be borne in mind that the proceedings yesterday were a "mention" only. This equates more or less to a hearing in an English court. Unless there has been a substantial change in either the charges or the pleas, nothing will have happened. The case will be placed on the calendar, either as a further hearing or a trial, at some future date.
Mr. and Mrs. Marsden may not even have been required to attend.
