Default that doesnt make sense, or does it?

K, we are supposed to have to different oppinions of two staff members, support or whatever. (what do THEY know anyway....)
    Which one is right?:

    1. I am not sure if mentioning her name would be professional of me but I just finished a 10 min conversation with one of pips staff who is also handeling some picpay stuff at this moment.. I asked her about rumors of leaving money into picpay/versus leaving it into pips. Her replies was complete reassurances that ALL this suff are MERE NEGATIVE RUMOURS.
She said some trolls just found a chance when PM is not posting to scare members. She said picpay will remain as it is and nothing bad will go to it and also the whole pips program. She said PM will never run away with our $ since he is well and widely known as a reputable biz man even among Malaysian authorites.. Never worry she said and also I asked her about resignation of one or 2 staff she said yes and she explained that diffrences between boss and staff is something quite normal and shouldn't indicate that things are going bad within the company.

    2.and the other one:

Secondly, the reason why picpay is in such a bad situation with withdrawals is that the amount of fraudulent funds in the accounts is almost untraceable. This in itself has been stopping most transfer requests.

Now what Bryan is going to do is to start a seperate payment processing company and all NEW Loan roll over payments will go into there for immediate withdrawal. Picpay will cease to exists after some time and any surplus of funds will go to charity. This has had to occur due to the fraud of certain members.

to me, that just tells me not to really listen to them. they just do what they been told or say anyway. 8)

    I believe a girl's respond.

It is sad how people follow rumors and react to oblivion.

Yes, I certainly agree that the possibility you are both right exists. But on the other hand I find it hard to believe that both Gary and Warren's opinion's are not well known among the staff as well. The support staff gossip a lot and they know a lot more then you may give them credit for. My wife is just a secretary in a large insurance company. But the inside info she finds out without even trying is amazing. I've also been in office managment and while I agree there are a few things that are going on without support staff knowledge, there is more then not, that eventually filters down to them.

While we are on the subject of how much knowledge staff should know. How do we know that Gary and Warren were not kept out of the loop in many things? The claim by Warren of many improper regulatory practices doesn't seem to jell with the fact that regulatory agencies have visited PIPS and come away satisfied. Unless BM or other staff had the ability to bamboozle regulatory agencies, I do not understand how all the accounting practices can be as bad as Warren claims. Unless of course we have not been told the truth about the regulatory agencies? I was thinking about BM saying all the cash flow was up here in his head. It may have been wrongly interpreted . Bryan may have just expressed he understood where almost every penny was coming and in and going out. It was at his fingertips sort of speak but that didn't perclude things from being also written down. As with the banks, BM maybe protective of his trading secrects and not wish to open his books to them. It is called proprietary knowledge in legal terms. A food manufacturer for example has a proprietary right to a certain recipe and is not obligated to reveal it.

of course what I'm saying is all speculation. Who knows for sure? One would have to know as much as BM to give any kind of credible, definitive statement on the nature and health of the PIPS' business. All we can do is wait and watch "As the PIPS Turn" soap opera play out.

a rumour is just a rumour.

However, one should consider the possibility of picpay being put on limbo
status, and a new system replacing it. It would certainly resolve a lot of
problems and create losses both on the company and members' side.

By that I mean, fraudulent funds sitting in picpay will be totally erased by
this move, however pips accounts started with fraudulent funds will still
grow. Thus the company will loose money in this respect, but they've been
losing money all along this way. Shutting down picpay will remove all
    remaining fraudulent funds.

Members lose because they would have geniune funds in picpay and on
pending withdrawal status. So that is a huge amount of money, and would
match if not supercede the fraudulent funds. So if after the dust settles
and there is a balance, going to charity would be the best way to go.

As for members, the only consolation is their pips account is still growing,
and all future funds are going to be clean. So some good and some bad,
in a no-win situation. Makes sense to me.

As for the aka "warren letters" it did have the "WD panic" effect as
Shangzheng stated. We need to have calmer heads and not hit the panic
botton. Remember, in a fire, more people die in mere panic than if they
    were orderly exiting the room.

Judging from all indications of Kid Bible not accepting picpay, Merchant
transactions being reversed and now picrealty not accepting picpay,
Things are sure pointing towards some sort of changes in picpay.

One should weigh all the available information, whether real or imaginary,
and act accordingly. From all indications, it would be wise to leave my
settings at 100% reinvest, and wait for the boss update. :D :D

This is a new one, we were told all along that the reason for the withdrawals not going out are the payment platforms.

Tequila, I was one who hit the "WD Panic" button the other night, but today I changed it back to 100% reinvest. I get the impression more and more people are starting to cool down.

    mercyme,
I agree with you to a point, but who knows what go on behind closed doors between BM and Sharon and possibility another very close associate. I'm thinking and I may be wrong but in the future I think it would benifit all member if pips had in place a board of directors that saw over all the issues concerning its members. Just a throught!
