Hello!
I had a phone call to the PIPS helpdesk yesterday due to some password problems.
After the nice support lady patiently fixed my problems I asked here about the rumours I heard.
Q: Is it true that PIPS is in very bad shape and that everything is going to collapse?
Her answer: No, PIPS is in very good shape and besides, do you think that anybody would be here to answer your questions if we were near to collapse?
Q: Is it true that Gary N. and Elsabeth R. and several other senior consultants have quit their jobs in PIPS/Picpay?
Her answer: Yes some of our employees have quit their jobs because they have gotten better offers from other companies.
Q: Is it true that there will be a major restructuring of the PIPS 2% model?
Her answer: No, the PIPS 2 % model will remain as it is now.
Q: A lot of members, included me, are very worried for our funds, since there have been nearly no payouts for 7 months. Will there be any solution to this in the near future?
Her answer: Yes, we are working hard to solve this situation and Brian, Sir, will come with an update in the members area as soon as it is established.
By the way, last week I bought a new PIPS account. The member ID number was above 750 000 :o

Thanks for that Pips4fun, BTW I don't think that the account number has any bearing on the amount of accounts with PIPS but that's just my conjecture.

Hi a friend of mine also called PIPs yesterday with a query and she was told that a whole batch of payments had been sent out that day, whether they were to merchants or members I do not know. She has no reason to lie as she doesn't bother with forums and is totally unaware of the conversations that have been going on.

Pips4fun has a very positive attitude. She wasn;t afraid. That's what we are looking at. Just be positive and we're be there. Sometimes, a long journey will have a better reward than s short journey. Agreed?

And no doubt that all the rumours forcasting doom, gloom, imminent collapse etc originated from that well known sespit Talk crap whom I expect r laughing their heads off after having had such "fun" with false rumours.
The fact that the sites went down on Monday would no doubt have been to their advantage.
Personally I didn't believe any of the crap, BM previously confirmed that if it didn't come from him it wasn't "official".
Yes I do think that Pips does still have some problems to resolve but nothing on the scale of the rumours. All thats missing at this time is BM's update which will hopefully clarify a few matters.
In the meantime chill out and get on with life.
To TG scum, GET LOST Jerks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
