Okay u began to suspect and gamble with your brains against Bryan okay have it with you.

warren and gary are just employees of the firm ..they should not contravene the wishes of Bryan ..sure they may be people with qualities but should be loyal as an employee of pips not spies of pips .

while getting a conclusion abot any decision making the organisation should go through its senior most employees and one important thing is about withdrawal nightmares prevailing ... but remember paying a firms bills is just a task of some 20 or even single cheque or cash mode...

sure if u have troubles with Bankers you have to suck for mass payments as regulatories should be answered for ..when the pay-outs were on increase and when dollars are being dumped and rotated in large it's casual that USA intervenes ..dont blame them too I like their patriotism ., they do for their country.

we cannot make options when the ambience is not lighted and visible for us .

Moreover speedywallet is not a viable platform for executing things.. I too expected this they shed their words as if they were granting for pips and not like doing business with a professional outlook doing with a billion dollar firm... that sucks .

Sorry Nair,
but this doesn't cut it any more. We are in deep doo-doo. Not only have those guys resigned, they also made it pretty clear that they are shrugging off responsibility and knowledge for whatever is happening at PIPS! They don't want to be culpable..why? Well the only logical answer is that some sort investigation is imminent or under way and they are scared. Bryan has been completely silent on the issue. Practicing more P at this stage is ludicrous, things are going from bad to worse to somewhere beyond worse. I no longer feel there is any light at the end of the tunnel, and I for one am now looking into ways to legally try and get some sort of a refund or satisfaction for all the money I have commited. Where I'm from in Ireland most people have given up and are now coordinating ways of getting our money back.

Just my opinion...

I hope you guys realise that if you were to try and sue, all you could sue for is the damage done to you personnally, hence all that is up for grabs is your original investment - NOT the promise of further riches, which incidentally is specifically excluded in the Ts & Cs that we all signed.
Unless you were a rel mega-investor, I would suggest that your legal bill will be significantly higher than anything you may gain IF you win the case. There is also no reason to believe that you will automatically be granted costs, so you will be worse off.
Add to that, that PIPS is not registered in the UK, so in which country do you intend to pursue your case. Again, if you win, you are limited to the assets available in that country and where are PIPS's assets held?
As someone has already said, chill-out. If PIPS comes good one day it will be because you practiced patience, and if it fails then we are all older, wiser and a little poorer. Just to remind you on the last point, you were duly warned NOT to invest money that you could not afford to lose!

No contract or disclaimer is going to mean squat if there is any kind of FRAUD
