Thread: Bryans free opportunity to bail out.

Listen all I'm glad your reading this post. Bryan had a free opportunity at one time to bail out and not pay anymember another dime. Here is why? Also, Why did he not take the opportunity if PIP's is currently in financial trouble?

Think about this all.
I remember on the web site that I seen when I first joined PIP's back in OCT 04. It stated that if PIP's was hurt by a nature disaster then it is highly probable that all investors would have no money in their accounts. This would cause the program to start all over and all current accounts would be $0. Think about this What caused the start of PIP's AID? A huge nature disaster in Maylasia. After that no accounts where $0 out or deleted. PIP's had the opportunity to bail out at that time and be free of any obligation to it's members. Interesting concept if you think about it. Which as soon as I heard about the natural disaster that was my first concern. Yet what did Bryan do. He kept the program running and no one lost money in their accounts.

No the above statement is not word for word of what was on the orignal site but yet it does pritty much sum up what was stated.

If Bryan did not bail on us at that time then why would he bail on us now? It defenitly raises my doubts that Bryan is trying to hide or run from us.

So why start or try to start a class action suit now?
Why cause all members possible further delays on withdrawals?
Why not just accept the fact if PIP's does disappear you made a bad business decision and move on?

Listen, I could lose my house and my kids will suffer the most. If I can accept the loss of PIP's if it ever does happen which I don't think that PIP's will disappear but if I can accept it I in my situation then I think you can to.
I would like to here opinions.

The plan was actually if something major happened and the investments crashed what ever was left in the fund would be shared pro rata according to number of units you had and the system would continue. it never said it would go to zero.

I dont want to offend anyone who was affected by the disaster last year but this was not a natural disaster that would cause a major market crash. If the same had happened and destroyed Tokyo, NY, London or other major trading city it would have been different. What happened last year caused terrible hardship that I could never imagine to the people there but indonesia is not a major player in the world markets.

Even areas that were hit such as tourism bounced back quickly. Again if it had happened in the USA, Europe then insurance companies would have been ravaged but most of the casualties had very little and certainly no insurance. the effect was on a personal level rather than global financial one.

Not to be to negative but Bryan has not really paid much out since then anyway.

I agree with you on the major market runers of the world. However, what cause my orignal fear was all PIP's companies at the time where in indnosia that is what I feared would cause a financial disaster for PIP's. Not the Markets.
