The last press that I read had the charges at 101, with another seven to be added on to BM.
You are right whatever,it certainly doesn't look good.

Exactly,
As some pointed out, he would have to have been stupid not to run, but as Owen pointed out, he couldn't go anywhere without passports, and no one knows what his plans were since they were all in his twisted head. Why do you think the BN investigation took so long, no books, no nothing, so Marsden thought he was smart, but as I see it, he was as dumb as a rock.
As Owen also pointed out, he put all the hard assets in his personal names or in the names of Sharon and brother, so for the believers, why would he do that if not to scam us? Those who still believe he was a saint, I have to wonder how you can justify his actions of personal greed? You don't put company investment money into your own name unless you are a crook. Never mind it is illegal, it is also so easy to determine, so back to stupid, this is exactly the answer, he was as stupid as we were to have invested in this greedy SOB's scam.
Egads, what a liar, so convincing, and here is a perfect example why he thought he could get away with it even when he was being so visible, he was counting on most just letting it go. With so many believers and hanger ons, most would blame the gov. or BN and still follow Bryan to the next scam, which is exactly what many were doing, following him into his other scams, knowing full well what they were doing, so who was the most stupid? The verdict is still out.
Good luck to all, Mike
They who still pursue in his defence and lying low for this moment.... taking a low profile, and lurking with unsuspecting new usernames and gathering who are YOU among those bitten, they can rely to pounce on later again with another new attempt Cycling , or by hailing it's a BM's blessing in disguise... The verdict will ease the pains but will not wash away the stains lasting 4ever for those been hard-hit!!!
YB. cheers to all and to those who are turning into a new life smiling and learning to improve on whats left with life
It is amazing that there still are the believers. Bryan never made this out to be high risk at all as a matter of fact the principal in the investment was guaranteed with that now infamous insurance policy.
And PIC PAY was supposed to guaranteed 100% by that stack of Gold in Australia...PIC PAY WAS NOT AN INVESTMENT. It was the bank. Yet many still talk like it is...this money should not of been at risk at all..
Obviously Bryan is haviing a hard time explaining this 3 or 4 billion dollar deficit or he'd be a free man..
And what seems worse is that these charges against Bryan and his wife are for transferring monies from PIC PAY none of which is his to their own personal accounts...
Maybe that's how he bought the Gold?
He is just a crook and a liar who hurt many thousands of folks ...and jail is where he belomgs.
I just hope he'll get more than five years ...
The cheerleaders blame everyone except Bryan Marsden.
There may well have been theft of funds and other skullduggery, but guess what.Bryan was the CEO.The buck should stop there.
8 months with little or no withdrawals,Year long investigation from the Malaysian central Bank,Marsdens imprisoned facing over 100 charges of money laundering....etc
Boatmans spot on about the insurance and gold.Statements from the CEO that will be proved false eventually.
Not much to cheer about in my opinion
How can you say in the same sentence, "there is a high degree of risk," and then say "there is little to no risk."?
I would agree that there is a very high degree of risk (as when the US pulls out), but please explain how there is "little to no risk" and how there is a "huge potential return?"
