I think BM didn't run because : -
1. He was too confident.
2. BNM came into the picture.
3. Would have converted PIPS into another form of program (so called restructuring.)
4. He wanted to keep up appreances.
But when things went wrong, he took the PIPS forum offline. Why do you do that? Now that I am more seasoned (salt, pepper and blood) I know that if you want people to continue to invest you must black out infomation ala HYIPs. Money was needed to keep the w/d paid and expenses. At this time, Rolclub, Auspips and other forums were set up to try to update the members. Naive and decived, we including me continue to hang on to his very words which were far and few hardly anything solid.
We know better now. The last straw was finding out he was behind 10x5. I felt cheated, betrayed and stupid. I want to see him pay, a long jail is fine by me. Just FYI, the relative who sponsored me is a spinster and you (BM) took all her life savings. She met you and has the highest opinion of you. I hope you feel proud of yourself cheating old ladies.
For me and family, we are trying hard to stretch the dollar. I was offline yesterday because my internet service was disconnected. I couldn't make payment on the bill on time, my car had to be taken to the mechanic and money had to go to him. See what this man has done to my family? We were not well off and now we're worst off then we started.
I sad when I think of others that are more desperate, people who are in the same boat as me. I just hope that BNM will return to us somehow our monies. Thanks for all your prayers to us down in the economic slump. Let's all pray for a speedy resolution to the trial.

I beg to differ. The believe the word scumbag is acceptable to me. It is not foul language.
Here is the definition in the dictionary. It does not say profane.
Pronunciation: 'sk&m-"bag also -"bAg
Function: noun
slang : a dirty or despicable person
We despise him hence we called him thus. You are free to lodge a complaint with admin.

BTW: Did you forget your fearless leader's manners? Calling people dog, whinners, ungrateful and greedy. What does that say about his character? Pot calling kettle black, hello!!! Go figure.
So if I call you a SCUMBAG, which fits right, than is OK by rules.
That would be borderline, verging on the not allowed in my opinion. Insults are not allowed to other forum members. Saying "Scumbag" is the same as saying "*****, moron, stupid" etc. It is not foul language, however.

As Nej has prudently disclosed, the term used easily and lightly is not one which reflects kindly despite it being unprofane in character calling however, the intent behind it is unwelcome either.
I believe we can adopt a better approach by gradual elimination of undesirable "synonimous language" such as the term "scumbag" when used to target at a particular individual harbors a bitter context.
I myself loath that description and many more frequently applied on forums including ROLClub.
I am for the removal of a post, in its "ENTIRETY" should a message include an undesirable defamation of another person's character and by this, we can soon appreciate avoiding callous terminology... interesting isn't it, lose your entire post resulting from a malicious message... however innocemnt it may appear to some...its NOT encouraged even for ROLClub's image!!!
Please take the given time from here on, to initiate one's own editing or complete removal either inpart or whole, if your posts involves undesirable usage on character defamation.... or I will delete it myself when I have the random time to browse through the many posts in my FREE Time...whenever...and if it is GONE, don't ask WHY or who or even WHAT's UP....
I leave the initiative to you all as from now ....:waiting:
YB. - cheers to better and harmonious, eloquant exchanges henceforth...
Interesting,
I agree with Yogi, it is a matter of what age you are as to how you feel about this term. I hear the younger generation throw it about as if it is nothing, yet my generation would classify it as one of the worst names to call anyone. So in light of this, I would prefer pond scum which also fits Bryan's as well. (g) How things have changed over the years with terms, so in order to keep order, lets all think before we post to insure we are not offending anyone.
Good luck to all, Mike
I am one to support the consideration of others and being respectful of them even though the intended offenders had caused pain to us all.:ro_emote:
Pat.
If you would know and comply to attics than you would give warning to Boatman first and rest that used such a type of words toward other members. Bryan is a member of this forum and I do not appreciate others are attacking him without any proof. As Mod you should not me sided only to once that you like. Rules are rules, unless Marek lost control of it.
Interjection: As the quote is referred within a context debating on the term, I will not delete thgis post. - YB.
I didn't know BM was a member of this forum. I have seen alot get banned for alot less than what he did and said.It doesn't bother me if you want to call him a saint, nor does it bother me that others call him a scumbag. It does bother me when others come in here and post lies though. In the end I'll form my own opinions as will everyone else.
