I voted for 'yes' (fyi)... but beware... I don't think you have to be an expert to believe that one must be * very * careful to spend money to most of the available 'opportunities'.
I wouldn't be surprised either if many scammers will be happy to welcome all those disappointed pipsters that have tasted the possibility of easy money and will be open for a second try... being easy victims without the proper knowledge & experience. So don't be surprised if this turns out to be even a hell of a lot more difficult than just running a P*P* forum... and some professional guidance (if not available yet) no luxury... .
So I suggest (0) to think clearly about the added value you want to create (compared to say a links page you may add with the help of some experienced members) (1) creating a separate section for this (2) allow the possibility to link (and rate) other forums/sites about these issues (with polls?)... (3) have some very experienced moderators on it (no offence to anyone :)... (4) maybe get legal advise about the precautions you should take in order to be in terms with legal regulations towards the promotion of programs and/or provide a forum for this... (or isn't this an issue... I don't know but should be very careful)

I think it's time to consider what sort of opportunities we might add to ROLClub. Here are my thoughts on the criteria we should use to make the decision.
1. Any program that we choose must currently be paying on time.
2. They must have been in existence for at least 180 days. 360 days would be even better.
3. There should be telephone support as well as e-mail support. There should also be a physical, brick and mortar address.
4. They should promise returns no higher than 2% per day. (In fact 2% may be unachievable over the long run.) Maybe 1% or 1 1/2% per day would be better.
5. The quality of the English on the websight ought to be pretty good. I never trust a websight that doesn't have quality English and a Quality message.
6. They ought to have a good rating at the various HYIP rating sites
7. Although not absolutely necessary, I usually prefer programs that have a forum connected to the program.
8. Large referral fees usually indicate that a program is a Ponzi scheme. Therefore I look for programs without a referral fee, or only a very small one.
9. I like programs where the name and history of the CEO are known.
10. A program with a short payout time is almost certainly a scam. There needs to be time for the company to actually invest your deposit, make an income on that deposit, and return the deposit with a profit to your account. That process will take at least a month or more.

OK, that's my criteria. What other DD ideas can you think of?

other programs
I think you've just about covered it...
dbr members are already doing this...and have recommended a few programs
the legal aspect of the research really interests me.....if that is a possibily to do without paying someone...perhaps apips memver who is also an attorney?
plexpay is one program that several members have recommended.

That is a great idea... as I voted yes to diversification.
I am going to offer a pool or direct contacts ( for people who already have the money ) to enter offline trading programs myself but unfortunately Admin apparently deleted my post.

Up to you
Mods, i leave it up to you how you wanna handle that.
You were the ones that made this forum and i think you sure could
put some of your favorites progys out there with YOUR ref. link
I got a few refferals with the program i think is by far the best out there,
after DD and all. ( $47 refferal bonus, not more than one daily menu in a cheap diner for two)
BUT, its NOT about getting many refferals anyway, i mean, everyone who was in Hawaii has shared some of that great pipster family spirit, and its more about helping others goin into the right direction. :D
There is no need that others need to learn the hard way and lose thousends of dollars like i did and others by joining scams.
Again, you guys, the MODS, have created this gathering place for
pipsters, so i think its fair for you to do as you think is best. :D
Keep up the good work
greets
