    Default Is PM function Disabled?

    Dear Mods,

    My PM function doesn't work. Is that just me or is everyone's disable? I have a message right now that I can't get to. I have never spam anyone and actually only PM in reply to someone who PM me. So I am wondering what is going on? I do not see any sticky posts that say all PM's have been cancelled. Please let me know what is going on.
