You'd best contact Bank negara, Malaysia directly. They have a website that's been posted here numerous times, and it's easy to pull up on the Internet. You need to understand that no court has any obligation to, nor will they, correspond with you.

Do u really belive that we get our money back , when a court is involved? I have never got money back in such a situation.
