    Default racking my brains#2

 I am not talking about the WD backlog here, but just want to make everybody make up his own mind about the following, simple calculation.
Let's asume we are 200'000 members and each member would like to withdraw "only" 10'000 per month; then the total funds made available monthly for WDs would be the "small" sum of 2'000'000'000 (that is 2B only); ( the average WD might be lower, but we are certainly heading into this direction).
If BM is invested in a PPP (privat placement program), which is not proven, he could make this huge profit with, let us say, 500'000'000 proof of funds put into such a program.
Then he has to make 400% per month (100% weekly) to pay only for our withdrawals.
The crucial question is: has BM invested into such a program and is this a continuous program?
Usually they last 12 month and then you have to find a new one.
It is also very questionable whether BM can still enter into such a PPP or Buy/Sell program after all the C&D orders issued by different USStates.
PPPs or Buy/Sell Programs are the only possibility to make such huge profits.
As much as I would like to be wrong, this simple calculation should make think and wake up everybody.

No way. PPPs are too risky. It's nothing more than a private investment (opposite of Public) into an emerging company.

I read on the old board on a FAQ thread that Poops trades through a broker at Refco.

    Hi Knife-edge and superx,
how do you think then, BM can make the billions needed for WDs?
BTW, PPPs are the only high return trades, where you get a guarantee for your invested capital. Your funds are never at risk with such investments.

    Hi rainer,

That is correct about PPPs. They are very safe and you would never lose your principle.

Remember that there are many different types of investments going on at the same time and these can be compounding. I think that figure is very high. Pipsreal on TG thought the figure was more like $90M that PIPS owed. That sounds about right.

    Default 90m

    ok Mercyman,
I did mention that my figure was an assumption,
but also that we were certainly heading into this average
10'000 WD per month direction. 8)
