-I think Pips WILL return 265
-I think pips will not return 16

This is not a fact in your opinion? In my previous post I pointed out that this is what people SAY they think, I would also guess that most do not THINK it will be back :-) There is no way of knowing what everyone thinks but this is the only statistic we have on the subject (poll from 20.6. to 18.8.).
I don't believe that this poll has been kept up to date in light of recent events.
Why not get you mind off of PIP's for awhile and come listen to some great rock tunes at

    Good point,

I agree, many who were hanging on with wishful thinking are not quite as confident after learning of the two other incognito programs Bryan Barry was running. I see MechCash has now been stopped, so you have to wonder why? As to the 10X5 deal, these all die in time, so time will tell if anyone will continue to support it now that the truth is out.

If a poll was taken now, it surely will be a far cry from what it was. And since Byran and Barry have already said they will not be back to ROL, I'll bet that more people will vote honestly, rather than wishfully as many did in the first poll. After all, no one wanted to poopoo Bryan thinking they may lose their accounts when or if it ever returned. Everyone knows they voted with a large degree of wishful thinking, not logics, so maybe it is time for another poll. (g)

    Good luck to all, Mike

    Hi Mike,

Regarding the "poll" I stated that I hoped Pips would return, but I had no idea whether or not it would. That was counted as a "yes, Pips WILL return" vote. I seem to recall quite a few opinions were counted this way.

    W,
thanks for the no pun intended but I can't agree.

Afaik there's only one fact: 'We did not get payed'.
From the moment you interpret this fact as 'He could not pay' or 'He refused to pay'... the fact is turned into an opinion. And BNM will (hopefully) shed some light on which one is correct.
So you answered this member with opinion... while imo correct information should be facts first, then opinions (and if both, having them clearly seperated). That's all I wanted to point out.
Same planet, same calender, different view - no problem to have different opinions or reservations here. But if everybody would speak and act fully making the appropriate distinction between 'it is' and 'I think', that could make a planet of difference .

    Take care,
    Hasse

ps aidonbecky, besided the semantics here above: actually imo it doesn't matter how many do or do not think pips comes back... as no one here can imo give you a definitive answer. So... don't rely on it, move on but keep in touch is the best advise I can think of.

If someone just wants their money back then what difference does the investigation make for them? Bank Negara will not pay any refunds out of their own pocket. The investigation _might_ eventually reveal when/how/why BM ran with the money.

Let's ask BM, he could clear this up in one post by stating why he stopped paying, how much money "there" is and where is it now. Oh, I forgot - he ran from this forum too!

All of these po... programs are just about the money and anyone who wants to know the truth can find out by making a withdrawal and in three days (old TOS if I remember correctly) they will know.

As far as I know, Bryan wanting to pay is not the main issue at this moment. An investigation going on at BNM (*) is... and it's a wait and see game for the results, which may take still quite a while.

The situation has been the same for over 1½ years, some (a.k.a. the trolls) would like to get their money out but
    BM refuses to pay up.

i dont know what to believe anymore after reading so many threads and not one is a positive feedback we pipsters so readily crave for.

i used to be on all of the time checking for any news on the pips saga.
    now its every so often.
other people say its over finished get on with your lives whilst the others (myself included) hope pips resurface.

the question i would like an answer to is

"is pips finished and will we ever see our investment money again"

    regards
